Web portal will tell you to pay one amount this office will say you owe a different amount. This company will spam your mailbox your phone stating you are late but when you log into your account it's never shown as late. It will show you owe less than your normal monthly payment. The only explanation for this from the branch manager is to not go by what your online account states. Normally when you miss a payment on an account it will show the next months payment + the extra owed. This is not the case. Your account will look like it's current all while you are being charged in the background. Should be illegal. Avoid strip mall loans.

David and Melina were the kindest, honest and dependable people we've ever met at a car dealership, they allowed us to test drive all the cars we wanted and answered all the questions we had; that's right, they answered and didn't ask us about anything; well, I just turned 50 and I've always had to do my own brainwash before walking into a car dealership to make sure they don't convince me about buying something I really don't know if I want or I'm not ready for; to my happiest surprise, this was very relaxing and refreshing! On the technical side, I am not a mechanic by any means but I like to tinker with cars and I've repaired some simple parts on some other vehicles we've had; given this background, I was very pleased to see that the owners actually knew about these hybrid vehicles very well, not only that, they also offer very convenient services for refurbishing or replacing the batteries and other preventive maintenance and they are very open about what any particular car requires in order to keep them in good conditions. So, in other words, this is a place where the owners like and know what they sell, believe in a pressure free are very proud of their service and are prepared to provide some basic maintenance and repairs for a very reasonable price. My girlfriend and I are very happy to have found this place and we strongly recommend it. We bought a 2009 Prius on November 2015, it's running very well so far and if it ever needs anything fixed or maintained, we will go straight to this place.
