Let's just say... she absolutely understood the assignment. What I really appreciated was how much class the studio brought to the entire experience. The images were sexy without being too much, elegant without losing that playful and intimate feel. They clearly knew how to highlight her beauty in a tasteful, flattering, and polished way. You can tell this studio knows exactly what they're doing. The photos definitely had plenty of heat, but just as important, my wife seemed comfortable throughout the process, and that showed in the final results. As her husband, I'll just say I probably spent longer admiring the photos than I should admit in a Yelp review. This was absolutely a home run of a birthday gift. If you're looking for a boudoir studio that can create something sexy, polished, and genuinely classy, I would absolutely recommend them. To respect my wife's privacy, I attached AI-generated recreations inspired by the actual shots.

To put this into perspective, she did my mom's boudoir shoot over 15 years ago, and then my aunt's. I guess true to what's starting to look like a family tradition (lol), I came to Beth for my own boudoir shoot to surprise my husband on our wedding day. Beth is incredibly talented, warm, and is a master at making her clients feel comfortable and confident. For those who're worried about what to do or who generally don't think they look good in pictures, don't sweat it. She'll tell you exactly how to pose, where to look, and overall hold your hand throughout the entire process. I didn't worry about a thing during my shoot. When she showed me the sneak peeks afterward, I couldn't believe the results! And this was before editing. The final product--a high-quality, heavy-duty book--took my breath away. Beth is worth every penny and is truly a gift to women. She cares deeply about her clients and her work, and it shows.

I was immediately met with a warm welcome, smiles, and laughs, and I felt so comfortable through the entire process. My hair and makeup were so gorgeous, and then after selecting my outfits, we got right into photos. Jeni set the vibes with my favorite music and she helped me feel so confident throughout the whole process. Despite being dressed in lingerie, not once did I feel too vulnerable. Jeni helped me come out of my shell and kept me smiling and laughing the entire time. And my pictures are proof! To sing more praises, her expert posing looks INCREDIBLE in the photos!! I don't know how she does it, but these poses took strength to hold, yet my photos look so natural and relaxed. And the curves she's able to capture and have the lighting hit just right is amazing. Chef's kiss! Jeni is such a joy to work with and I loved how she involved me in her process. She asked me if I'm ok with certain poses, always checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and helped me incorporate some creative props I brought with me (a lightsaber and a violin). Her cues while I was in a pose were enormously helpful as well. She gets all the credit for my popping booty, perky girls, and pointed toes. I feel so beautiful and sexy in my photos and I am so excited for my husband's reaction to them!!

She was funny and made me feel comfortable and not at all intimidated, and trust me I was nervous going in. I did this as a shoot for my future husband as a wedding gift but I can confidently saw if you want to surgeon a confidence boost, this is your opportunity! Pricing felt high at first, However the quality of work, experience, and expertise that Jeni has is well well worth the cost! I have zero regrets and will be letting everyone know how awesome she and her work is! Do not hesitate to book with her! Forget a 5 star rating, all the stars for Jeni!

Karen is very caring and guides you through your session making you feel like a real model. Her suite is very clean and welcoming, as soon as I stepped inside the staging area I got a rush of adrenaline. Gift yourself or a loved one an amazing experience with Karen, you won't regret it. I usually feel super awkward in front of the camera, but I was completely blown away by how incredible the photos turned out. Karen was very easy and reassuring to work with. She made the whole process feel so natural and effortless, and me confident in how I looked. Her direction made posing way less intimidating. She paid attention to every little detail, lighting, hair, makeup, even the room temperature, to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. She also had a great selection of props that really added to the shoot and allowed for a greater photo selection. I also brought a friend with me, which I saw several other boudoir photographers in OC do not allow. She assisted with hair adjustments, posing, and hyped me up the whole time, which made the experience that much better. During the photo viewing (a few days after the shoot), she went through each photo for a yes, maybe, or no, and took notes on how I would or would not like photos to be retouched. She was a very patient and detailed listener to my laundry-list of preferences. As a tip, don't forget to book well in advance of birthdays/holidays if you're doing this as a gift for your S/O. Upon contacting her, it was about a week/a few days for her soonest availability and then a few more days for editing, selecting, and a few more days to receive prints. I was in a huge rush and Karen was kind enough to rush every part of this process so I could have the photos in time for a vacation with my S/O. Overall, I could not speak more highly of Karen, her expertise, quality, and flexibility. I can't thank Karen enough for making this such a great experience, and leaving me with lots of beautiful photos + a huge confidence boost. If you're on the fence about booking, just do it. You won't regret it!

I had even gone shopping specifically for this and needed inspiration because I had no clue what to wear. I was super nervous the day of my shoot and once I arrived to the studio Monica was there with her makeup artist. They both greeted me and once we started to chat I began to feel comfortable. It was as if we were old friends hanging out to play dress up. My makeup and hair was awesome, I can't remember the makeup artist's name but she really listened to me and nailed the look I wanted. Monica was super helpful with picking out outfits. I took my husband's jersey to wear in one of the looks which Monica totally encouraged me to do it. I brought along my wedding shoes and pearls which were sentimental because they're pieces I'd wear on my wedding day. I can't even express how professional and comfortable my session was. At the end of the photo session I felt like this would be something I'd do again as long as Monica is the photographer. She gave great directions on posing and you definitely gain that confident bad b!tch attitude as you go. I was extremely happy with my proofs which made it very hard to choose. Thank god I had a couple of good friends look through them and narrow down the 20 pics for his book. My husband loved his wedding present and soon we will get the other pictures I didn't purchase. I look forward to working with Monica again! She loves what she does and it shows in her work!

When I was a tween I realized I wanted to be an actress. I loved to be on stage and to perform. I…read moreread everything I could on how to make it in Hollywood. I was in Texas so my options were fairly limited since I wasn't looking to rope any cattle or sang with a twang, but I was able to find a modeling and talent agency nearby. I begged my mother to take me there and we went, me armed with my short resume, a lot of moxie and excitement. We were seen by a middle-aged, frumpy man who took one look at me and told my mother that I wasn't model material: I was too dark and should consider other options. I was devastated and I never forgot that jackhole, crusher of tween girl dreams. It took me a while to recover from that. I wish I was cognizant of the art of voodoo at that time, 'cause that mothereffer would have had all kinds of pains in his nether regions. When I won a gift certificate for a photo session with Boudoir Rouge Photography, I was at once elated and nervous. This is my second chance! My headshots don't count, which, by the way, if anyone wants any I'll be happy to autograph one for you; I need to get rid of those things! I'll be sending them out as holiday cards until I'm beating knuckleheads upside their heads with my granny cane. Anyway, I had the same kind of mild anxiety I get when I'm afraid someone who thinks I'm all mature will find out I sometimes sing along to Miley Cyrus songs. I thought, "I'm going to have someone staring at my face for hours? What about what my sister said about my chin when we were in 6th grade?" "I don't know nothin' about being sexy. I try to pout and I look like a constipated blowfish." Thankfully, I had nothing to worry about. From the moment I first spoke to Monica, the photographer and I believe, founder of BRP, on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She has an extremely warm and soothing way about her. She assured me this shoot would be more housewife than ho, despite the fact that I'd only be covering my lady bits - if even that. After speaking with her, I was so excited to go shopping for sexified outfits for my shoot. In the weeks before my shoot I'd practice different poses, trying to find looks that worked for me. Be careful driving down the 405 licking your lips seductively in your rearview mirror; you might end up with a creepy, dentally-challenged dude in a beat-up truck as your biggest fan and stalker. The day of the shoot, Monica arrived with her photographer-to-go kit at my home. While I worked on my makeup and nerves, she worked on transforming my bedroom. When I walked into my bedroom post boudoirification I was floored. Where the hell was I? It sure wasn't *my* bedroom. This was some other chick's sexy man-eating chambre. It was an amazing transformation! *I* wanted to be all up in that room being hot. Before we began she mentioned to me that some of her clients like to drink a glass of wine before the shoot to relax. You ain't got to tell me twice! I can't drink wine anymore, so I said, screw it, I'm going for the vodka. At 10am, there I was doing shots of vodka. Hell yeah, I was feeling great then! Let's take this shit off and get it done! At first, I was a little shy. I was also a little freaked about having my blinds open on my street-facing windows, me in undies, attempting to pose seductively. I was afraid one of my neighbors would walk by, get an eyeful and start thinking he needs to come by for a visit soon. Eww and no. Monica is like the lingerie-whisperer. Within 20 minutes, I was so relaxed and calm, and it wasn't just the vodka warming it's way through my body. It was Monica, she made me feel beautiful, she made me feel like every pose I did put Cindy Crawford to shame, I was thinking I was hot shit ready to call up "Victoria Secret" and say, "Yo, you ain't met Ms. Keisha." Her direction was so simple to follow and allowed me to focus more on being comfortable in my skin. I felt like a star and I was living my tween dream. By the end of the session, I felt like a model. I was strutting around in my bra and panties and heels like "what?!" I was ready to shimmy down the street. After the shoot, I was like a kid waiting for Christmas, so anxious to see my sneak preview. I'm not gonna lie, when I saw the sneak peek of my photos I thought I was the business. I sent some of the photos to my sister and she said, "Hello Keisha Kardashian" which I *think* was a compliment. The 8 x 10 and small flip book I later ordered were beautifully packaged with care. Now I have memorialized for all of time my youth and perkiness and I can show my grandkids and say, "Look what granny used to have!" Nothing would give me more pleasure than to send a copy of these photos to that frumpy asshole at the talent agency, show him what Keisha grew up to be. I'd include a note that said, "How ya like *these* apples?"
