Insurance that was done days before the signing but forward law didn't get in touch with them until the day after we signed putting us on hold of moving into our new home, also they couldn't apparently couldn't get in touch with TNRD until twenty minutes before our signing which they informed us we would possibly not get possession until they were able to get in contact with them, then to top it off when I went to pay my rural property tax they still hadn't switched the house into my name after living in it for over a month so I paid for the previous owners utilities and property taxes while I was penalized for not paying mine. Worst lawyers in town by far. Especially if you have to deal with the receptionist carrol. I recommend spending a few extra dollars and go through MJB.
