This was my worst experience with food delivery. I am French just arrived since one month in Austria. I wanted to order food so I decided to test Mjam. First, I put my address on my app profile but when I paid an automatic adress appears and I could not change it. It was at just one minute away from my apartment, not bad. So when I saw that the delivery man was 5 minutes away I decided to go to the adress to pick up the delivery. After waiting 35 minutes outside, I decided to send a message to the help chat app. The help chat told me that he came but didn't saw me. So apparently it was my fault. I wrote to the help center and they told me that he could not call me because it was a french number (how is it possible) and that I was not here... They didn't want to reimburse me, so I paid 32€ to wait outside and without having any food. This is a shame. read more
