In the past months, I've ordered a few times from Zuper, because a busy daily life does not always allow to go shopping as required. In this case, Zuper came to the rescue. Using the service is super easy: login to the website, select the location for delivery, pick a store, pick your product, pay and done! Delivery is said to be super fast, and it is. Even when they advertise with 2 hours delivery, every time I ordered, my delivery arrived faster. The first time I ordered, I had the goods within 1 hour! Of course, you can also book for delivery at a later time slot if that's more suitable. The people that do the delivery are very friendly and professional, and when I added something that was not in the online shop, they actually picked that up as well. They offer to unpack the goods in your kitchen if you like, and they properly use isolation bags where required. The delivery rates are very modest and for many stores the prices are the same as in the shop. I will certainly be using Zuper frequently. For me it's the perfect companion to a busy life and the fast delivery allows me to plan more spontaneously than the classical shops where I have delivery in a few days.

Their poisoning was confirmed by the hospital. The food itself and service was not bad, but were all hospitalized for a week. To make matters worse our destination wedding was scheduled for the weekend, but it turned into a party after they were all rushed by ambulances to the hospital an hour before the ceremony. My husband had passed out and bashed his two front teeth out from dehydration. Luckily everyone is on the mend now, but as of today, the restaurant is still running and several other reviews on other sites have been taken down.

The selection is really good here, especially at the deli where you can get roast chickens and spareribs that are already prepared. Of course, because of the extended hours of this particular store, it can get hectic on weekends, especially on Sundays, since most other Billa stores in the country are not open. But it's very convenient for me, not only because of the hours but also because I can always drop by on the way home from work.

The idea is to reduce the amount of packaging waste, which I wholeheartedly support and am happy to be able to do here in Vienna. I often go here to get spices, pasta, and rice. They have a wide variety and are decently priced. The fruits and vegetables they offer are also always fresh and I love that I can buy just what I need. Since I'm cooking for just myself, things often go bad before I can use them if I buy at a regular grocery store. And they don't look at you funny if you buy just two carrots, an apple and three potatoes. Also they try to keep everything local, even the jam and other non-perishable products they have. You can also stop into Lunzners for a coffee and cake or even a small meal. The desserts are always delicious and make you feel good for eating them! All in all this is a lovely little place. It reminds me of my local coop back in Minneapolis and I was absolutely thrilled to find Luzners!
