Mine was missing one of the ponytail set and my receipt shows I paid for two. The sales rep only out one. Didn't think about checking it as you just want to get out coz it was too crowded. I found out that the same thing happened that day to one of my Tourmates. Unfortunately by the time we noticed it, we were in our coach to our next destination. Please check your bag after you pay to make sure you got everything you paid for.
