Beauty and the Bar is an absolute must-use!…read more I started emailing Alison in 2019 and she stuck with us through changes in wedding dates, locations, COVID postponements, and finally our big party in March of 2022! Alison was extremely patient and responsive to all of my incessant questions and emails about different packages, pricing, types of alcohol, and minor preferences. She made everything simple and knew all of the questions and fine details that we needed to make, confirm with the venue, and let our coordinator know. Our guests absolutely loved the open bar, loved the choices, and had an amazing time thanks to Beauty and the Bar! We even used Beauty and the Bar for our coffee set up as well as our water table- they had everything! The team came to set up early, had everything we could think of included, and was professional and fun! Alison and her team even helped out with coordinating a surprise I had for my husband on the big day - involving some tequila shots with some members of his family. She made the entire process incredibly easy and was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend Beauty and the Bar for your next party!!

This was way more than bartending. From the first cocktail, it felt like a full-on experience. Aleko blends insane sleight-of-hand magic with craft cocktails in a way I've honestly never seen before. Drinks were being made, cards were vanishing, glasses were floating, every guest was vibing. What really stood out was how natural and engaging he is. He moved through the crowd effortlessly, reading the room, keeping everyone entertained, and somehow making every interaction feel personal. People were laughing, shocked, pulling out their phones, and still talking about it days later. If you want something that actually elevates your event and not just another bar setup, this is it. Unique, professional, wildly entertaining, and genuinely memorable. Would 100% hire again and recommend to anyone looking to do something different.

It was truly a collaborative effort. Drink service was easy and swift, providing spirits and beverages for all within a short timeframe. On top of that, Kevin and co. really brought their positivity and professionalism to the wedding day with style and kindness. Additionally, when our catering company was late and sent fewer people than they had originally contracted for, The Tin Shakers team stepped in to help solve the short by assisting with service at the buffet. She started helping months before the party. She sent me exact quantities for everything I needed to buy, down to how many cases of soda and how many bottles of red versus white. I asked her a hundred questions over a few weeks about ice, cups, pour sizes, timing, and she answered every single one quickly and patiently. That kind of hand holding is worth its weight in gold when you're planning something this big. Day of, they showed up organized and ready. Beer, wine and soda outside for cocktail hour, then the full bar opened inside at 7, and the transition happened without me lifting a finger. She brought her own ice chest. The bar area was spotless the entire night. Not once did I see a line back up. The drinks were the star. Guests came up to me all night to tell me how good the margaritas and lemon drops were. People were still talking about them weeks later. Marie also made custom menu cards that matched our theme perfectly, and when we asked to rename a cocktail to fit, she did it happily. At the end of the night, unopened bottles came home with us exactly as she said they would. No surprises, no upcharges, no stress. If you are planning a wedding, a bat mitzvah, or any event where you want one less thing on your mind, hire Unico Mixers. Marie and her team made our daughter's night better, and I would book them again in a heartbeat.

I was a little surprised and thought it was funny when I saw in thier Yelp description that they just flat out put some of their pricing in their bio. That is very upfront-already they were out of my price range as I have hired bartending companies in the past and was just looking for maybe 2 signature cocktails and some standard packages. The owner (Mikey) told me that they offer an incredible cocktail experience and perhaps their services wouldn't suit my needs. Really straightforward and honest. Gave me some good advice about my own party with no pressure and told me to check out their Instagram page for perhaps a future event. Just for fun I checked out their website videos and Instagram and I was in awe or even addicted to their beautiful cocktails. My husbands and our friends all watched the videos and read the reviews. I was so worried- they sounded too good to be true (Instagram beautiful, but disappointing in person). So we kinda all pitched in to hire these guys-we just decided to go all out and ordered EVERY recommendation! We never ordered glassware or tables before and Mikey told us exactly what to order-he was like a wedding coordinator for bars! We got these crazy images printed on rice paper and handmade candy butterflies that looked like really jewelry-just blown away! They were the stars of the party and the vendors. Even the vendors wanted drinks. They had this service where they would just create on the spot which definitely was a pricey option but wow what an experience! It was like a Michelin star cocktail that had Instagram worthy looks all you can drink buffet experience! Every drink that left the bar everyone-would try to take a picture of it. I mean I even saw someone taking a picture of a drink off someone else's phone gallery lol!! Even my wine snob friend and manly beer drinkers wanted in. We are all still talking about the drinks and how passionate they were. Even water and non-alcoholic drinks they left the bar looked too pretty to drink. I swear I heard people saying they felt bad drinking the cocktail's because they were too beautiful! I know this is a long review but I wanted to tell people how amazing this team is. They put everything into each cocktail. I mean you just have to experience it to understand it-it's what Michael told me but wow it's true.
