It looked trendy, new, up to date, and the ac was even running chilly...I just didnt get to see what was upstairs or the bathrooms. Professor Ian was great with his big voice quickly straightening up students. He's stern and professional with a smile on his face. I appreciated that he was efficient and fast with instruction, running exercises, and rotating the sparring partners. The main professor was well spoken about by the GB Denver crew, but he wasnt present. We'd love to visit again!

Didn't attend for a few months and realized I was being charged still. Played phone tag for 3 weeks trying to cancel just to have them finally tell me I need to come in in person to sign. This was after I told them that it is no longer convenient for me to attend do to over an hour commute and change in work schedule. I came in one day at 4:30, not realizing they are completely closed. Called hoping I could get an answer but there number just sends you to a voicemail EVERY SINGLE TIME. They are worse than big corporate gyms with how they handle someone trying to cancel. Minus 1 star for lack of class availability. 10am and 7pm being the only times for a newcomer to make a class is tough. Minus 1 star for muay thai training. Paying $200 a month and spending multiple classes doing ladder footwork drills that the head coach did in high shool is a bit silly.

While I can no longer participate in that class for health reasons, I have still been coming to this gym for about a year now. I have 3 boys ages 10, 10 and 13. My two younger have trained in BJJ with several instructors and have broadened their skills in ways I never saw coming in such a short amount of time. My 13 yo and I enjoy the gym set up. The classes are structured but instructors are immensely divoted to training a diverse range of skill levels. There are NO pressure sales here. If you want to be there they want you there.
