The beef is cut perfectly thin, there are noodles for days, and they send sprouts and other accoutrements in a separate baggie so you can add (or not) at your will. The broth comes in a separate container that seems to be heated by volcanic rocks, and it will not all fit in the bowl the noodles come in. It is super flavorful and I cannot recommend it enough, but for me the real highlight is the cilantro. It comes in the bowl with the (separately wrapped) beef and noodles and is one of the best things about pho. As the temperature starts to trend downwards, you need this soup to keep you warm.
