She not only helped us sell the house in record time, she made sure we felt comfortable through the entire process, as it was our first time selling and it all felt so new and confusing. She's extremely knowledgeable about the area and about how everything works, and was able to break everything down for us as offers came in so that we could make the best decision possible. We are looking forward to writing another review for her as our buyer's agent when we eventually are ready to buy our next home.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Caitlin to help with my daughter's move to Philly…read more Even though we ultimately found an apartment that wasn't one of her own listings, she had already gone well beyond the typical scope of the job -- for every place she showed us, she took the time to research the surrounding neighborhood so we could tell whether it was a safe, good fit for my daughter to live. Moving to a new city with no real local knowledge is stressful, and we only had a few secondhand suggestions from friends to go on. She filled that gap for every option she recommended, giving us honest, specific feedback about the different neighborhoods so we could make an informed decision instead of just guessing. If you're relocating to Philly and want someone who treats your move like it's personal, she's who you want in your corner.

PROS: Gym, food trucks, location, cameras by parking, events in the area, pet friendly and managers are good. CONS: Getting expensive to live here, hear neighbor's downstairs at times, area getting crowded due to popularity, have to turn on bathroom sink to get shower hot water quicker. I have not had a problem with mold or other tenants. I stay to myself unless I need to step out of my zone for a reason. I have not had a problem with the Managers either. Both Managers are the friendly and Kevin is the best. If they seem strict it is because they are Managers and need to ensure people are abiding by the rental agreement. People need to read the fine print and stop blaming them for doing their job. If you do not like the apartment complex, then move or get your own house.
