I would rather not give a star at all! I recently gave this place a chance due to all the great…read morereviews and the fact that a few of the hairstylist could speak English. But unfortunately I walked away with a very expensive Disaster!!!! I walked in with the idea of my normal highlights and cut (with a picture) . We decided to go for highlights and lowlights with a shoulder lengths cut. Also, the amount of highlight were factored in due to the idea of wearing a pony tail. Instead I received highlights and lowlights that are hard to detect and a nightmare of a haircut that's about 2 1/2 to 3 inches too short. Not to mention all the confusion over pricing!!!! 81€ later I was handed a blow dryer to finish up the job..... Really!!!!! When I expressed the unhappiness of the cut, it was..... Well try it out we can always fix it later or it's still a little wet. I now have hair that I can't even pull into a pony tail to show off my nonexistent highlights. I really don't understand pricing of this place and the fact that everyone charges the same amount but have different levels of experience. Also, the charge per foil and extra cost to dry. You would think as hairstylist they would want people walking out of their shop with great looking hair. Instead they want to milk you for another 10€ or so to finish the job that they started!!! I walked out of there looking like I spent the day at the beach. Just a horrible horrible experience and don't even get me started about the smoke smell due to the window being opened on the patio ( smoking section)!! Overall..... Enter at your own Risk!!!!!
