From the very beginning, Jeanine was so much more than a mortgage broker, she became a trusted guide through every step of the process. No question was ever too small. She patiently explained things I didn't understand, kept me informed every step of the way, and somehow made a very complex process feel manageable and even possible. Whenever a new document, underwriting request, insurance issue, or unexpected question came up, Jeanine was there with calm reassurance, knowledge, and practical solutions. What impressed me most was how deeply she cared. I never felt like just another client. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, coordinated with my realtor, escrow, insurance broker, and lender, and always had my best interests at heart. I truly not only felt, but knew she was advocating for me throughout the entire process. Thanks to Jeanine, I am now the proud owner of my very first home. Looking back, I honestly don't know how I could have navigated this journey without her expertise, patience, encouragement, and unwavering support. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate, and willing to go far above and beyond, I recommend Jeanine without hesitation. She helped make one of the biggest dreams of my life come true, and I will always be grateful.

Crystal made everything easy for me. I asked her a couple questions and she was able to run some numbers and made me feel like this wouldn't be as daunting as my previous experience. When I first started looking at refinancing, I visited a website and I had 10-15 loan officers calling me at ALL hours of the day. Some were able to offer lower rates but I later found hidden closing costs, points, etc. Not the case with Crystal. She's professional, highly communicative and such a pleasure to work with. As first-time home buyers she held our hand the entire way and helped us understand all of the complicated details of buying a home. We felt like we could reach out to her anytime with any question, she was incredibly approachable and patient. She has very extensive knowledge of the area, having grown up in Woodland and worked in the local realty business for the past 30 years. When it came to finding our perfect home, the sellers did not have a selling agent so she ended up representing them as well, winning their trust with all of the great qualities she brings!! Both parties ended up very happy in the end, and I know for a fact that it was because of Betty's hard work and expertise. At the end of the transaction she assured us that we could reach out to her with any questions or needs, including if we wanted to make any improvements to the house, because she knows all of the best options in Woodland. I know lots of people claim that they are reachable after closing on a transaction, but for us we firmly believe that Betty will be there for us when that time comes, because she takes such pride in her job and values the relationships with her clients. My husband and I consider Betty as family because of the hurdles she jumped through to take care of us so that we could get our dream home. There is NO way we would have made it through this process without Betty on our side. Being a first time home buyer, I never appreciated how important fast closing times were until we tried, and failed, at bidding for houses against the all-cash offers. While we were searching for a house, she was replying to emails, texts and phone calls day and night, weekdays and weekends, sometimes as late as 11:30pm. We initially expected that with this level of service and closing time, the interest rate would be substantially higher, but her offer was actually the second most competitive interest rate offered of the ~9 lenders we checked with. Where she really pulled through for us was when we put down an offer for the home we purchased. We were up against an all-cash offer, every (non-all-cash) buyer's nightmare. Susan took the time to call up the seller agent and spent time explaining to him how she would be able to close our loan and get a close of escrow at least as fast as what the all cash buyer was offering, and convinced him we were credit worthy and wouldn't have a problem with the loan. She is the best!
