Extremely knowledgeable about what was needing done for gutters, as well as a couple of roofing projects. The explanation about products they use, and why they believe in them helped seal the deal. After discovering the 124 yr old wood that needed attention underneath the old gutters, I was given a fast and honest price for the additional work needing done. They showed up early, worked quickly, and kept me updated on the progress. I felt that their crew was safe, honest, and dependable. They had respect for my property, keeping things clean as they worked, even working around some landscaping that was in the way.

I made plans to go to Ohio to meet them because I want them to auction a property I inherited. The day before Brian Miller and I were supposed to meet in Ohio, the guy says he is busy and can't meet me. Nope, not even for a coffee at any Starbucks. They charged me an exorbitant amount to have an estate sale (they made more than I did) but I still wanted to move forward with the auction of my father's house. I called the guy several times for the paperwork (he was too busy to write u[p the contract, apparently). The last time we spoke, he said his wife had an accident and he had to watch the kids and he'd send the paperwork to me Monday. Monday came, no paperwork, still nothing Tuesday or Wednesday. I texted him, saying I'm waiting on the paperwork because I want to get this moving, He texted me back a terse, "Sorry but I can't help you." I tried calling him (obviously he had his phone in his hand 2 seconds before to write the text) and he didn't pick up. I asked "Why?" in text - no answer. Ever. I tried calling him several more times and he obviously doesn't want to talk to me. Whatever. I moved on after wasting several weeks with this guy. I guess he doesn't have time to work.

Let me start off by saying, this is is one place you want to avoid like the plague. The actual…read moreowner of these apartments wants almost nothing to do it with and is unreachable. He has a "manager" that takes care of the property and does an extremely poor job of it at that. I moved in some years ago and was met with hostility the very day I signed my lease. While I cannot speak for the other buildings, my building had a black mold issue. Some years back when the mold issue first started, I had found a giant patch that covered over half the wall in the bedroom closet. Even after notifying the "landlord" of said issue after multiple hospital visits due to my health declining, she did nothing and instead chose to gaslight me and claim that I wasnt an expert. How stupid do you have to be to know that its an issue that can be life threatening? After 3 months of enduring her stupidity, I was able to catch the actual owner of the apartments. Thankfully, the issue was taken care of quickly afterwards. In recent months, my health had started declining again and my first thought was that the black mold was back. After filing a complaint with the housing authority in parkersburg, the landlord chose to refuse to renew my lease in retaliation for me turning her in as she had no legal reason to evict me. This woman is the definition of a karen. This is just one of many issues that I have had to deal with in the past and thankfully I no longer have to deal with her incompetance or stupidity. A couple years back I had an issue with my fridge and was told to leave it unplugged for 3 or 4 days. While talking with the maintence guy at the time, I had made a blonde joke in harmless fun and sometime later she showed up at my door threatening me, saying that if I said one more word about her, the owner would "throw my ass out into the street". I strongly advise that if you are considering moving into this location, you find somewhere else as no one who lives there likes the landlord because of how she treats people. After 12 years, I am finally having my say so that no one else has to experience this kind of nightmare.
