I agree- Mr. Zimi's customer service and policies are terrible. I'd steer clear. The material looks NOTHING like the pictures- it is completely wrinkly sheer material- very low quality. The online customer service is terrible. They do not price adjust! I bought something and less than a week later it was on sale. Even though I hadn't worn it they made me return it and re-buy it!! This is unheard of in the States and with the high prices you would expect better service. I also tried to cancel an order and they ignored all my emails and sent it anyway. I have tried following up but haven't heard back in over a week. read more
