DO NOT EVER GO HERE ! Went here for a safety check on my new…read morecar, they gave me a long list of everything that needed to be done and couple thousand on the quote. I was absolutely Horrified as the person I bought it from gave me proof of everything that had been done to it recently, which contradicted easily half of the list that they, Price's auto, had given me. I took it to another mechanic and gave them the list of everything prices claimed to be "wrong" with my car. I now have a safetied car that is on the road, for a small couple hundred..

Ripped me off. Brought my car in to have the A/C diagnosed. They told me it would only be $150 to…read morediagnose, I did not agree to them doing any work on it without speaking to me first. They called me later that day to say they went ahead and fixed it by just refilling the freon that was empty and it would be $600. I picked it up and the A/C was blowing cold so I was like whatever, it works. 1-2 weeks later it stops working. They told me to bring it back in. Then they give me this whole story about how they put dye in the lines and can see its leaking massively from multiple areas and would be at least $1600 to fix. I asked what the diagnostic charge was for if they never diagnosed it, just filled it up? They just talked in circles and claimed they didnt have to dye at the time and couldn't have known it was leaking blah blah blah. Total BS. The first thing they would do is check the pressure of the hoses before filling with freon and that would show immediately that it was leaking and not going to hold the freon. They filled it anyway so they could charge me more money since I already told them I would not be spending big bucks to fix this car.

I was not disappointed. I waited about five minutes after which I was brought into the service bay and the oil change began. The service was prompt. The staff were knowledgable and courteous, and I have nothing but good things to say about Simran, Bhanu, and Robin. They were friendly and helpful in pointing out areas where my tundra truck was behind in its maintenance schedule, but they were not pushy. And when I used the online coupon in payment, the cost was Just slightly less than what I have been paying at my local family owned garage for the same service. Once the service was completed and the invoice paid I received an email which included a coupon for my next oil change. All in all an excellent first experience with the great Canadian oil change.
