Unfortunately I recently had a disappointing and costly experience here. The most disappointing being the lack of care or concern to help correct the situation on their part. I was left feeling cheated, and my concerns about the transaction were disregarded. After submitting the file I wanted to have printed I asked for a rough estimate on costs, the exact reply via email was: "The Non-laminated ones are $4.00 + tax each The laminated ones printed & laminated are $10.00 + tax each" Not thinking too much about it I took that to mean that the entire document would be the stated price. After picking up the printed documents and getting home, I checked the invoice, sent via email, to find it was about $500. This was a shock seeing as I thought it would cost 10's not 100's of dollars. I paid the invoice right away now that I realized it was priced per page, and feeling like I just made a dump mistake, but something didn't seem right about the transaction. After looking back into our emails I realized where the misunderstanding came from, the previously posted reply to my inquiry on the costs (above). So I sent a friendly email explaining my misunderstanding and suggesting that they communicate more clearly to future customers, but I got no reply. So the next day I called to make sure my concerns were heard, hoping they would try and offer some sort of consolation about the matter but all I got in reply was "none else ever made that mistake", "we don't see anything confusing with how we worded that" and "sorry we can't do anything". What prompted me to leave this review though was that I then wrote a friendly email the next day suggesting that perhaps as a solution I pay full cost for the laminated copy's, and then just pay the actual cost for the other copy's I got. But there was no reply at all. I really would have been fine with any kind and understanding reply at any point along the way, or even better an attempt to rectify the situation, but there was none. I can't help but feel the wording when stating the costs to me was intentionally vague, and that they were happy to get my money despite me clearly misunderstanding their wording, and that they were okay with making no attempt to clear up the situation.
