UPDATE since they responded to contact them: I had already been in contact and escalated to a general manager. He had me come through, and ran my car through the wash while he watched. He told me he didn't see anything damaging the car (I certainly wouldn't expect it to do it every time? But clearly the brushes were contaminated or something when I ran it through previously.) He would only say "the machine is designed not to damage cars" (well I would certainly hope so!) and that this "doesn't normally happen" (again I wouldn't expect it to happen frequently, but it DID happen) he offered me $100 claiming I could get paint correction for ~$150-200 (false) Avoid this place if you like your paint unscratched.

Fully stocked with soap, wax, etc. I've never paid and only been able to get water. Tuesdays they run a $.50 special. The time limit is a little lower but you can still get in a decent wash on a car-pick up truck for around $2.00-2.50. There is also a touchless car wash bay if you don't want to was yourself. I've never used it so not sure how great it works. Every car I've seen come out of it looks well washed.

This was entirely my fault, my clumsiness. The damage was rather substantial, $2600 worth after I got the I reported it to the Quiktrip manager to see if there would be any consideration for it.
