Most recently my (quartz) Breitling stopped keeping time--I brought it in for a necessary battery change and didn't bother to ask about cleaning at that time because I didn't think it was necessary. A few months later, my watch stopped keeping time--it was slow, sometimes by over an hour. I explained my issue with Calvin and he suggested that it was likely a cleaning issue. I left it in their hands and now it keeps perfect time and polished. My Breitling is 20 years old and it runs and looks like new with the polished bracelet. They do an excellent job and are very thorough with their work. Great customer service and I would highly recommend Lee and Calvin.

Other watch places quoted me $35-$48 bucks to change the battery, so I was shocked when Fred gave me a quote on Yelp for $12 bucks! I went to the store without an appointment, Fred welcomed me warmly, and even though 2 other customers came in, I was in and out of there in under 8 minutes! (He was able to help them too.) Aside from the great price and friendly attitude, Fred also noticed that there was some rust in the mechanism restricting the movement and he cleaned it out and added lubricant without even charging me. I came back an hour later to pick up my watch and voila the watch was adjusted to be more accurate. Great! However, it was clear that in opening the case back, his tool slipped and caused deep scratching in the case back. When it was brought back to him, fred says when a case back is opened, some damage should be expected! I certainly did not expect damage. After insisting, he polished off the back but the scratches were too deep. Fred then says the deeper scratches weren't caused by him. Now you can trust me or not that fred caused the damage. But Id heavily suggest taking a picture of your stuff prior to work. Because if something happens, he certainly wont do anything about it. And I no longer think he's honest. He should remember his tool slipping and been upfront. Also they have case back opening tools that don't damage the watch. Id suggest fred look into buying that

We drive 62 miles to bring our watches for battery replacements or repair. I have a few Scuba dive and military watches, which can operated down to 200 meters. These watches need to be pressure tested, M&S Watch can perform these pressure test for me with excellent results. I just dropped off several of my wifes watches for new battery replacement. This review is long overdue…read more Such a bittersweet review for me... I inherited my late mom's beautiful Vacheron gold watch from the 1970's that was no longer working and missing a part. I did extensive research and decided on Seregin's and I'm so happy that I did. Not only were they friendly/kind and super professional, but this watch, being a relic, and extremely thin and intricate, at this point, was a hard one to fix. Paul, the owner, went above and beyond, connecting with his own network to find the parts that were no longer for sale publicly. He called me multiple times to confirm the heftier price tag that parts and service would cost and when the timeline would be extended. When I came in to pick up the final product and he listened to my story of my beautiful mother and the watch, he truly had compassion and added to the story of this watch. This wasn't a faceless transaction and for something like an inherited treasure, that truly meant something to me. Overall, they clearly know their business here, from your more normal watch to luxury pieces. They care about the products and the customers they service.
