Shanni puts ALL of her FOCUS and ATTENTION on YOU during your time with her. I was AMAZED by this. 4) Shanni took her time braiding my hair for the weave install. This stylist took HOURS on my hair, and not once did she rush or burn me when using the flat iron. 5) Shanni provided me with a complimentary bottle of water upon request. 6) Her tone when speaking to me was very respectful and never dismissive. 7) My hair was done perfectly. My own husband could tell how pleased I was by the look on my face. I have had horrific experiences with other stylists. Shanni was truly a breath of fresh air! 8) Her skill level was top tier! The owner is very involved with scheduling and while I was there clearly, she had several regulars coming in. She was so personable and it makes sense why her salon has such high ratings. I got my cut from James and he was very thorough. He asked me what kind of cut I wanted. I let him know a general idea but that I was not entirely sure. He talked me through some different options and made sure I was comfortable before he started cutting. He also kept me entertained with various jokes and conversation to keep me at ease. I recently moved back to the area and wasn't happy with the haircut I had gotten at the end of January. Ally listened to the concerns I had about the cut and what I didn't like. She answered all my questions and was able to shape up my hair just how I wanted. Being autistic can make hair appointments really overwhelming, but Ally made me feel super comfortable.
