I found this place on Booking.com and scoured the internet for more information/reviews but couldn't find anything. We decided to book based on location to the historic sites, price, and the family hotel looked to be very clean/updated.
I was skeptical BUT very happy with our decision to stay here. The staff was friendly, the place had been recently renovated and was very clean, it was within walking distance to many of the historic sites and restaurants, and it felt safe. Breakfast was simple yet delicious and I loved making my own tea in the morning.
The hotel was quiet overall but fair warning there is a mosque just behind it and the call to prayer is very loud (even with new windows). I woke up once and then slept through it the rest of the time for the duration of our stay. read more
