From the servicing of customers to the presentation and delivery of the meal. Grade A in all aspects. Very cozy interior, and elegant design with a splash of modern jazz. Music was hip, light, and refreshing which "opened" for a live pianist which was great. Brilliant management decision. The selection of steaks was perfect and what one would expect of a quality steak house. The steaks were cooked perfect. Rare and medium rare were exactly how it was meant to be. The sides were great, but not necessary for the meal to achieve satisfaction. The desert of creme brulee was a pleasant surprise; it can only be described as a fusion between an apfel strudel and your classic creme brulee. Paired with some red wine, the dining experience was remarkable. Definitely recommend for those seeking quality dining while in Schwerin.

Told them I was from Texas & wanted their "best steak". "Impress me." They brought the T-Bone from local cows. It was huge - like 20 ounces. Super thick, nice crust. And close to medium (which I'd asked for). My companion ordered rare, but also got medium. A little tough, far thicker than I'm used to, and very tasty. Sides don't come with all steaks so I had to order bratkartoffeln. Ambiance amazing. Recommended
