This one seemed good then I had trouble signing in it was probably user error and it was late in the evening, so I called the phone number in the website and a very polite young woman answered She was very polite and what is more she helped me get signed on and told me I could call back if needed This is impressive these days you can't even get a human to answer the phone Well, I got everything in just by midnight and I checked the next day and Maurrice answered the phone. He was very polite. Couldn't follow up yet because it takes a couple days for the DMV to note that you got your paperwork in well. My first phone call could've taken 10 or 15 min to book, but she repeats herself, tries to plan lessons around her own doctor's appt, and second guess time you choose!!! That first phone call took 40 min to complete. My son decided on one of the lessons to cancel himself (which he was in trouble for) and their cancellation fee is $100!!!!!! Outrageous!! There are doctors office that charge way less than that. When we tried to reschedule that last appt to complete the course she was rude, condescending, and snarky! I was tempted to start fresh with a different company! Absolutely maddening. The drive Jaime was ok, pleasant to chat with on the first lesson but then repeated himself and had nearly the same conversation as the first ride. Well after not being able to drive for 3 years after my brain surgery i decided to give driving a shot with the "driving program" at a local hospital which turned out to be a SCAM because the "therapist" never even took me behind the wheel after a 6 month program (BEFORE THE DRIVE TEST). So at the time my parents helped me find this place , a place that would work with someone with a disability and it just so happened to turn out that Jim Gleason pulls up and we had a little reunion with my parents after literally not seeing Jim since I was like 17! I am 40 now. Anyway point here is that Jim is SO patient and motivating and more than that he's understanding . Just wanted to boast about this man because this is the 2nd time in a span of around 23 years that he helped me regain my freedom , confidence , a job and because of him I am able to drive to work church or where ever I need to be! The exception to this would be the final lesson before the scheduled behind-the-wheel test IF you live far from the DMV location the test is at.
