If there are defects in the furniture, they point things out so that there is no confusion at the end of the move about what was already damaged and what may have been damaged in transit. Their packing methods are such that nothing has been damaged in transit. On our last move, when they were moving a desk, a printer was jarred from it's resting spot and fell to the floor.
