Miracle Method turned out ugly bathroom into a place we aren't scared to enter Marcus was wonderful! He worked so hard while he was here and explained every step of the renovation and what we can expect day to day. The shower door vendor made an error on the frame fro the shower doors but Miracle Method stepped up and fixed the error within days. Most contractors would put us at the end of the list. Not Miracle Method. Very pleased. Thanks Miracle Method! read more

This company has been my go to when needing to get surface refinishing done. I have lived with sinks and bathtubs out of the 1960s and 1970s. Imagine a pink orange bathtub and sink. I am remodeling my home and the bathroom is where I called Miracle Method. Michael was great at helping me to begin my vision for the bathroom. I wanted a white tub with the ceramic tiles a light gray. Trevor cam on the 11th to begin setup, then on 12th, 13th, 14th came back each day to complete the tub and tiles. They don't disappoint! Thank you for your hard work and doing an outstanding job. Thanks to Miracle Method Employees who made this a successful project. read more

I initially wrote a very positive review. Now the only thing I can think of that they honor their warranties. After 5 years of multiple repairs . There were multiple times that it would shed parts, patches would be appear. If I knew then what I know now I'd check out other options. We have new patches now and the warranty is expired. They're offering a discount for completely redoing it. He discount is for being return customers. We'd be returning customers because the only reason we might do that is that they put inferior product on in the first place. That's true. One man explained the reason they had used an inferior product is that the finish was chosen to help the environment. They're now using a proper finish. We weren't the only ones. Our tub is screwed up again due to them using the inferior product in the first place. We haven't said yes to their offer. We're going to take our time now to consider our possibilities. read more

We got a quote in January. We are getting to the end of April and our shower is not done. It's is leaking into the room below it. The workers were all very nice, but it took 3 weeks to get the job "finished". They kept telling us that the office didn't schedule them enough time for the task that day and they would have to come back. They finished the last day and we have pieces of grout missing. It doesn't seem like the shower is sealed because grout is crumbling to the touch. We called almost 3 weeks ago to tell them. They asked us to send pictures and said that usually people put painters tape next to the problem for scale and visibility. This indicates that this is not a one off situation. Our shower is leaking, the job is fully paid for and we have no response. read more

I had a pink tub don't ask me why when my house was built in the 90s but I looked at the cost of removing this tub and I could not afford it. I had cracks in my tub and it was a very ugly site I had miracle methods come in, and they made it look brand new. For a fraction of the cost. Thank you read more

Easy to work with, knowledgeable and friendly employees, on time starting and finishing, a positive experience. They game me a coupon for a bottle of cleaning solution but I have to go to their shop to pick it up. It seems like that would be something they would leave at the completion of the job. read more

Terrible customer service. The owner cannot handle the stress of his job and no-one is properly trained.

Work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. From the first phone call they were responsive.

We had our resurfacing done a few months ago and it looks fantastic! We are very pleased and the installers were careful with our carpet and furnishings. A bit of a problem arose, but management in Colo Springs has graciously worked diligently to rectify the problem. It is refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their product and installers and willingly works to please their customer without trying to avoid helping. They are amazing! I highly recommend them. read more

....So far we have been very happy with our shower conversion. The process was smooth, & everyone we dealt with was pleasant. We feel much better when we have parents visit now, that they won't have to deal with climbing over the tub, & the safety rails & coating on the shower make showering a nice experience for them, instead of a treacherous one. read more

Everyone from this company was helpful and friendly. They did an amazing job. They answered all of our questions. The job was done to our satisfaction. read more

We had our countertops and bathtub resurfaced and are very happy with the tub but we are not happy about the counters. First the counters started warping and swelling when water was left on them. Now they show stains from coffee! We are very frustrated. They took 3 visits to fix the first problem and now we have to address the stains. read more

I had recently left a review where I was disappointed with a broken drain in the tub that had nothing to do with the work completed regarding the tile repair. I communicated with the manager/owner who originally was skeptical of the employee's responsibility for the broken drain. I was unable to ascertain what the employee said happened. So, the the owner wanted to charge me $175 to repair the drain. This was upsetting to me. However, he wanted to be sure to satisfy me because I was upset. Since the staff member was unable to say what happened I was left to take care of this on my own. I explained this to the owner. I told him I would take care of it myself. He offered to repair it for for half the original charge. I was not going to pay anything. He knew this. I wasn't trying to be rude. Neither was he. I just couldn't understand why the staff member could not come forward? Regardless, the owner decided to help me and fix the drain for no charge! How can one ask for anything more? I very much appreciate the kindness he showed me! Great guy! Thank You very much!!! M. Carroll read more

Casey Slack is not an honest businessman and their warranty is not backed up by anything. If you get poor work (as we did--it began to immediately rust), they'll do nothing about it, and blame it on you. Do not use this business. read more

I would not recommend using the Miracle Method to resurface anything. We remodeled our 1950s bathroom and replaced everything but our pink cast iron tub. It was in excellent condition and well-made so we wanted to hang on to it. Unfortunately, we have come to regret that decision. We spent approximately $750.00 to have a "reputable" company resurface it. After a relatively short period of time, the paint started to crack near the base of the tub. Subsequently, other places have started to crack and peal, including a crack on the inside top edge/rim and around the drain. As I can't do anything about it now, and replacing our tub will be very expensive especially due to the tile work surrounding it, the only thing I can hope for now is to help others avoid the same mistake. Apparently, some people have been lucky with their resurfacing, so what I would recommend is waying the possible costs of the risk you are taking and make your decision based on that. read more

I am extremely disappointed that I ever made that first phone call to Miracle Method. The process, which has taken nearly 2 years, has been a nightmare. The bathtub resurfacing has take 4 attempts, including a leak into the room below requiring replacement of the ceiling. Although MM did cover the cost of the repairs, I have been required to pay for 2 full resurfacing applications on the tub! I would strongly warn against using this company. read more

This is my second time having them do a project for me. They are efficient, courteous, responsive, overall very professional. All the surfaces they have refinished for me are just beautiful and I can't recommend them enough. read more

Absolute worst customer service experience with a contractor I have ever experienced. The work looked good online so I gave them a call and was met with assumptive, aggressive, obnoxious service that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemies. I will never give them business and I will be telling all my friends to avoid this business like the plague. read more

Very professional & my kitchen looks great without spending thousands of dollars! Easy to care for & beautiful!

8 years ago I had my tub refinished by Miracle Method of Smithfield, NC, a franchise that is no longer in business. Recently, I discovered chips in the finish and was told by another Miracle Method franchisee (Apex, NC) that it had not been applied properly in the first place, nor had it been polished, a necessary part of the application process. Contacting Miracle Method's corporate office, I was told, in essence: Too bad! You're tub is past the 5-year warranty period, and we're not responsible for what our franchisees do (on don't do). After repeated contacts with the Miracle Method corporate office, I could not get Miracle Method to cover the $400 re-refinishing cost, after my initial cost of $625. Apparently, Miracle Method does not stand by its product, nor do they monitor their franchisees to ensure they are performing properly! If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

November 28, 2018 I hired Miracle Method to refinish my kitchen counters. I met with Troy Nunez on this day for him to look at the job and give me an estimate. On of my main questions was if this was suitable for a manufactured home. He said yes it was. I signed the contract and was scheduled for December 10th for the job to start. The job was completed on December 12th, 2018 and the balance was paid in full. On July 1st I contacted the company because of a number of cracks in my counter top. I sent pictures per the companies request and was schedule for a visit on July 3rd to have them look at the cracks. Casey, who was one of the installers on the job came to look at the counters. He said it is rare that this happens and is generally installer error. He jokingly said that since he was the installer it was his error. He said it would be a two day job to do the repairs and that he would have the office call me to schedule when it would be repaired. I advised him that since this is a part time residence for me that it would have to be done when I returned in August and that I would be available from August 4 - 24. I never received a call so I followed up. Casey called me back on July 31st to tell me that it would NOT be covered because there were no chips. I sent Lacey in the office a picture of the chips in the counter and spoke with her the following day. She said the General Manager said I could pay a $75 charge for them to come out and look at them again but if it does not fall under the warranty, which clearly states "any failure of adhesion" is covered, then I would have to pay the charge, If they felt it was covered it would be reimbursed. I said no, it has already been looked at and I was told it fell under the warranty and would be scheduled. I asked for the General Manager to call me back yesterday and as of today have not received a call. read more

We are perfectly thrilled with the work your tech has done for us in refinishing the bathtub in our newly remodeled bathroom. We originally intended to replace the tub, but then looked into refinishing (waste not, want not). When Sean arrived to begin work he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He approached the job with conscientiousness and made quite the positive impression. He can be proud of his work and his company can be proud to have such a professional young man representing it. Because of him we will think of Miracle Method first should we have more work to be done in future. The bathtub looks amazing. Sean and Tom... thank you both for the terrific job. read more

It's always a pleasure when my wife and I are served by highly professional people who take their work seriously and produce a product and service that lives up to what they advertise! From the moment we walked into their showroom and were approached by their first person to the completion of their work on our kitchen and bathroom, we have experienced a very high level of professionalism coupled with personalness and a real concern for our satisfaction. The work was actually completed by three well trained and hard working professionals-Kasey (the team lead), John and Nick. They worked very hard and produced a result that not only we are very pleased with, but everyone we have shown it to stands back in awe and says they need to get in touch with Miracle Method. read more

We had a bathroom refinished recently. Everything was great upon completion, accept customer service. We had a small issue with the service and Tina was incredibly rude and uncompromising in her approach. In updating our home for sale, we hired a remodeling company recommended by our realtor. The contractor said he knew how to update our master bathtub from almond to white. After making a complete mess of the upper level of our home with the white paint dust overspray, which had a horrendous odor so that we couldn't even sleep in the house for two days and leaving the tub surface rough and dull, we desperately called Miracle Method and they came to the rescue. Although they were already booked for that week, they found one of their technicians willing to work on a Saturday to finish the two day process so that we couldput our house on the market asap. Julian did a wonderful job, was very thorough and answered all our questions, and worked hard to refinish the tub perfectly. Thank you, Miracle Method, and your staff for rescuing us from a disaster! read more

Their work, resurfacing my tub, was great! I thought I might have to replace the tub, but Miracle Method made it look new again!

Do not use Miracle Method! I have a vacation rental and they canceled on me at the last minute telling me that my technician was sick and they and there is nothing they can do about(i.e calling around and seeing if someone else would be willing to reschedule) and that they could reschedule me for four days later. I set aside Four days so that I could have my tub stripped and resurfaced, at a cost of rental money I would have received. I would have to cancel someones stay in order to reschedule, at another loss of rental income for me and a vacation for my guest, that is not okay! And there is apparently no guarantee that they wouldn't cancel on me again, where is the trust! So now I am not only out of the rental money I would have made that week I also still have a bathtub that needs refinishing and no time to have it done. read more

I had a horrible experience and would not recommend them at all. They made a mistake (totally fine -- everyone makes the occasional mistake). When I brought it to the manager's attention, she was hostile and argumentative. Eventually she admitted (over email -- I'm happy to send anyone the email chain if they request it) that they had erred. Great, right?! Wrong, because when I asked her how they planned to make it right, she went completely silent and I have not heard back since. I have called the owner twice, and he refuses to call me back as well. Again -- it isn't the mistake that's the problem. It's the unwillingness to even TRY to find a satisfactory resolution. read more

We have a 5,300 sq home we just bought w/ very outdated tile. My neighbor told us about Miracle Method. I called and went to the show room. 2 secretary like ladies in the showroom...I was shown their transformation stations. I was shown 10 colors. I was intrigued with the 10 colors. I took my husband to show him this new method and thank goodness a guy came out of his office and explained the method and told us there were 30 colors. If not for him we may not have proceeded. They need sales people to greet you, explain the process....we proceeded and glad we did. Amazing look...looks like stone. 1/2 the cost of tile. Many contractors, friends that have been to our house are amazed......sent several to Miracle Method.... I could sell this product better than the sale I got. Love, love the outcome. Great alternative to tearing out tile and redoing. We love the look! Out of our home 2 days (their recommendation) Due to smell.......but great product. We LOVE! Would of given 4 stars if sales had been better. 5 stars on product! read more

The 1st counter job was terrible but with the warranty the 2nd guy made it look much better. Both times I had to repaint a wall, my curtains got sprayed both times so did my floor. Both times I asked if I needed to relocate items (that had already been moved to the dining room) and both times said it would be fine where they were but both times I still found the coloring splatter on my items. I think they need to take more precautions in covering and taping off. The workers are extremely friendly and I'm happy with the counters the 2nd time and the color but am truly disappointed about the precautions of making sure walls, floors and curtains don't get colored as well. read more

Instead of tearing out the tub and tile in one of our bathrooms, we had Miracle Method refinish it. First they did the tub. It had some sort of water staining running along the bottom of it. The refinish completely covered that up and now it looks like a new tub. The tile was in good condition, but we wanted something different. We had that refinished as well to have a stone appearance. It covered up all of the old grout lines and looks great. There was a smell on the first day, but nothing unbearable. The first two days consisted of a treatment that took about 2-3 hours each time. The third day was about four hours and then it was all done. I'm very happy with the appearance and even happier that we didn't have to go to the trouble and expense of tearing everything out in order to get a new look! read more
