Both were great, But Dr Patel really impressed me with his knowledge and skill. My first appointment I didn't have much waiting at all. For my second appointment They fit me in last minute to get a bead removed from my daughters ear, and I waited just on an hour for that same day appointment which I don't think is bad at all. As a result, I was left in unnecessary pain immediately after surgery and unable to drive, forcing me to scramble and rely on a family member to drive an hour on short notice just to obtain medication that should have been ready. When I called the office for help, the medical assistant ("Katie") was dismissive, unhelpful, and took zero accountability for the mistake - not even an "I'm sorry". Instead of treating this like the post-operative medication error that it was, I was met with attitude and reluctance to assist. Dr. Christianson himself seems fine, but the office staff is clearly disorganized and indifferent to patient care. Sending pain medication to the wrong pharmacy after surgery is not a minor inconvenience -- it's a failure of basic medical administration. Patients should not have to suffer or beg for help because staff can't follow their own intake forms.

I was referred to Dr. Casey, an experienced and patient Audiologist who has the right diagnostic equipment and represents many different manufacturers. We settled on Oticon hearing aids to address both hearing loss and my tinnitus. After three months, the difference is amazing and so much better! Dr. Casey has helped fine tune the many adjustments that Oticon offers and for the first time in years, I can now hear clearly in all environments without the constant, distracting tinnitus.
