So I went here today to have my hearing aids looked at. Jaime has been helpful in the past and I…read morehad been working with her to get a new pair in the next few months. I finally got an appt for today. The owner, Kenneth, was helping me today. When I arrived he called me back. He isn't much for small talk, but I'm ok with that. He checked out my device and hands it back and says, "it's dead". Then tells me that he can send it out for repair, for $400, but they might not repair it because they may be older than 5 years old. But doesnt look up the serial number. Doesnt look at my file at all. Certainly doesnt make a call to ask. After more awkward silence, I inquire about the 2 discount plans. He says that he doesnt know and just stares at me. I start to get upset. Because this man is not helping me and just awkwardly staring. I pick my stuff up, saying, "this is awkward", and he tells me he is trying to help me, and doesn't understand my attitude. Then says, "you just want me to do the work for you." If I am planning on spending money in a store, thousands of dollars, I expect you to do more than awkwardly stare. Never again. Too bad Jaime isn't there anymore.

He hadn't been wearing them for quite awhile and the last time he did, one was making a high pitched noise. Debbie warmly welcomed us. She took the hearing aids, checked them out, cleaned them, and put in new batteries. And as for the previous comment. There is a Jamie there now.
