Was very rudely treated by one of the staff members while visiting my great grandmother today. Also…read morenot too keen to find out that they fail with basic assistance of the elderly and sad to hear that my grandmother has not been having basic care needs done! My grandmother has made contact with her family and has been there a week and has yet to even have a shower even though she's asked for one. No one has made her bed and she also hasn't had any of her physical therapy. Please explain to me how you pride yourselves in there care, also several staff members did not have there mask above there nose and this lady literally watched me pull mine up to her "standard". Below are photos I found on there page with staff members with masks down as well. East side centers face book also blocked me from exposing the truth.
