You pay everything directly and they tell you, you will get your delivery on time after 4 weeks!!! And guess what they don't deliver on time and they don't even inform you about it!! You call customer service and only thing they say 'x product is not in the store yet' - what does it mean for your customer? When will it be? Or why you don't Contact with your customers to inform and let Them plan accordingly!!!. How people can rely on your service?! We bought few things from Ikea as well and they are delivering as they promised!! Thank you Mio, we will sleep, sit, eat on the floor thanks to your awesome delivery plan!!!! How these kind of things can be that hard in current century!!!

Edit 2: 4th week of delay and customer service's answers haven't changed. Ridicilous company who doesnt know what is happening internally. I will never buy from there again.
Edit 3: 5th week and nothing changed - still noone knows anything about the delivery. I don't get how is this possible really. Problem is not even delivery anymore, it is more about lacking of providing reliable information. How hard can running your business be by trust and respect? read more
