The menu, though limited, showcases some of the excellent products available next door. Coffee is well made, using organic fair-trade beans from nearby Maleny, likewise milk is from the independently owned Maleny dairies. They walk the walk, supporting other local businesses, as they themselves are locally owned. Smashed avocado on organic sourdough, comes with a wedge of lemon and small offering of Feta; Sonoma toasted muesli a perfect kick-starter, adorned with blueberries, strawberries, grated apple and chopped mint. A great breakfast and lunch option.

A lovely eclectic setting, airy and light-filled with nice beach-side vibe music (fat Freddie's/john Butler etc) and enough healthy smoothies on the menu to entice a range of hippies, hipsters and gym bunnies, I'd say they've got their clientele covered. Food was big and delicious - I had the field mushrooms (this is a massive meal folks, don't be fooled by the fact there's no meat in it that your stomach may not be sufficiently filled!). Boy had the chicken Turkish sandwich - equally massive/delicious and well worth the $16. We walked away well caffeinated and properly full, I would totally recommend this place!

This is the best food I have had on the Sunshine Coast…read more The restaurant was packed when we arrived and the hostess almost turned us away. (-1 star for her "no-can-do attitude). We arrived st 8:40 and she said there would not be any tables available before 9:00 and they were closing. She was not interested in accommodating us at all. Clearly. I said we would like to wait in case a table opened up. After the manager heard our conversation, he came and said that we could wait and he would do his best to get us in. Haaazaaa ... 10 minutes later, a group left and a space was born. Yay! I was really determined to go here because my friend, who is a local, told me this is one of his favorite places to dine. Yes, I am happy we actually got to have dinner here. We ordered the cuttlefish, a couple salads, and the duck. Everything was delicious. They had several things on the menu that looked very gourmet. I want to go back and try a few more next time. (Beef Cheeks and a some very fancy desserts). Yummy! Thank you to the manager that actually helped us to enjoy this experience.
