My father-in-law passed away in Penticton, British Columbia on January 15, 2016. I was unable to attend the funeral, but was tasked by the family to prepare the eulogy and to provide photographs to be displayed at the memorial service. I wrote the eulogy and prepared the photographs for the display however family members in Penticton did not have a way to print out the materials. I contacted Geoff at Minuteman Press in Penticton and explained that I needed to send him the various PDF files to be printed and provided to the family for the memorial service. I sent the files to Geoff and within minutes he was able to print the eulogy and the photographs for display. Within the hour of sending him all the files, my brother-in-law was able to pick up the eulogy and the photographs for display. With all of the emotions and stress that come with coping with the death of a loved one who lived far away, it was a welcome relief to know that there are business with the skills and capability to allow a remote user to contribute to the family. I'm giving 1 star because they dont have less!!! Never had so many issues with printing labels in my life. Honestly, too many issues to even list here! Several wrong label sizes, miss-spelt labels, constantly calling and more than 15 email to try to get it right. Not to mention it took almost a year, two staff members and a (over the phone discussion with the owner as he refused to see me in person) only one of my labels correct (over 15 ordered), only to be told by Aundrey that they would not print any more for me. ??? WHAT???? Billed me for the full job originally which I paid for, then tried to bill me again when I tried to get only one label spelt correctly and printed. Rudely advised that he refused to correct any of the label sizes and reprint them (which was paid for already). He didnt care that I had already paid and would not give me a refund and refused to serve me. I was not rude to him or to any of the staff. This is how this guy does business!!!!
