For example, with your monthly fee, you see her if you need to, and if you don't, then you don't. She has contracts with different companies so your labs and medication's may come to you at a better price. She only sees a certain amount of patients so this pretty much allows you to see her sooner than you normally would any other primary. The most important she listens. it has been such a blessing to have her help me through a transition from another state and get a long-term condition under control. He could barely stand up and was having trouble being coherent due to the fever and aches. The nurses/doctor/office staff were visibly annoyed at him for being unwell... in an urgent care. He tested positive for strep throat, and was written out of work for 3 days. He was equally miserable for the 3 days he was home, but went back to work on Thursday since he was no longer contagious per the doctor at PMC. He left work because he was still extremely sick, and visited another Urgent Care for a second opinion. He was told that the antibiotics given at PMC didn't even affect strep throat, and that he was in extremely bad shape. I've visited this Urgent Care a few times prior to this incident and was never impressed with my experiences either, but this is the icing on the cake. I'm adding an additional star because the wait times seem to be pretty fast, probably because the doctors are not thorough at all, but oh well. I'm never going back to PMC. I will gladly wait a little longer somewhere else for adequate medical care and I suggest you do the same.

I contracted Covid in late September 2024 the doctor diagnosed me but did not include a chest xray to see it I got pneumonia. After 20 visits to this practice I was still not getting better, ended up with edema, CDIFF, lung infection, heart issues, and kidney dysfunction. Every visit included bp check, weight, and temperature and she takes notes and sends you for tests but never discusses the results, you need to Google it is what I was told. The care I was given could have cost me my life. I did seek specialists & they all agreed I did not get proper care. Check their credentials and if you get blood work done make sure your insurance covers it. They also overcharged me but I was refunded by Medicare it was completely covered. I thought I had a problem with billing but I could never get appointments timely, answers to my questions or about the medicines I was taking, could not sleep and could not get sleep medications when I needed them. Every aspect of my care was questionable. I found another doctor and was treated properly, discussions and actions were taken and I have learned so much more about what happened to me at FMFP. I was hospitalized 3 times during the course of my Covid due to the inaccurate care I received here. Gained 15 pounds of fluid and she sent me home with water pills I went to emergency room at 3 in the morning it was a life threatening experience they told me!!! Also I was never told to get a stool sample as I had severe diarrhea that turned into CDIFF and that can also kill you. God awful experience here.​​​​

The man could not walk without assistance and should have been released to a physical rehab facility but they insisted that Medicare nor VA would not pay for it so they wouldn't even try. Then they send a home health care person to assess the situation and she does not even return calls. WTH??? We are in the process of bringing him to another city where he can get care.
