As a result of this info in there, she called the day before to cancel my appointment...The thing is that I do have a new insurance card and I was bringing it today for them to update, and these ones do not even list a specific doctor. So the problem is solved, but how on earth was i supposed to fix this ahead of my doctor appointment when it is always updated when walking in and checking in...that and my phone does not have a voicemail because it was hacked long ago. She kept complaining and blaming me for this which is unprofessional bec I can't change it. She kept speaking over me because she didn't want to hear my explanations and she said "I'm not arguing anymore!" Over and over. Which this was not an argument, it is an explanation to the false info you are spewing in my face that obviously someone at her desk put into the system in the first place! Like I don't touch the computer so how is it my fault and problem if another doctor is listed. That's when you wait for me to show up and shove the new insurance card in your face to copy into there like I was "instructed to complete" to which she was telling me my apt got canceled for that reason as well? but she was being sissy and ignorant to me and obviously doesn't know how to have a professional conversation with patients!!

I have had many "services" and appointments over the years and have never had an issue. When I'm told to have a test , service or specialist appointment.....never had anything gone "wrong". I've always been advised if there will be a cost and even in the times it's an estimate.....those costs were on target ! I feel if one manages the process and truly understands the service....all will be fine. I think some people might just not "listen" well enough or lack the necessary information they need to get through the experience. I am happy to be a patient with DULY !

My throat hurt like ****, and i felt like utter garbage. My clinic and internist were booked and i was due to get on a flight to Denver the following morning. Ugh. I googled and found Chicago Express Doctors. The doctor came in, gave me the strep culture which came back positive. He gave me an injection of antibiotics, which i had never had. He also gave me a steroid to decrease my swelling in my neck. He also gave me a Z-pack, sore throat rinse. I never had to leave the house! No runs to the pharmacy, no waiting in lines. IN-CREDIBLE.. i have had strep many times in my life, but never have i felt better so quickly! Honestly, the throat felt better within 3/4 hours. I was able to get on the plane the next morning, felt wonderful. All i can say is WOW. If only all docs did this. I just can't say enough great things about these guys. Fabulous A++++ thank you!!

If you're running late due to traffic or something else they give you 15 minutes from the time of your original appointment to get there otherwise they reschedule you. However when you do get there on time you'll wait in the waiting room for at least 20 minutes and then when they bring you back to a room you'll wait another 20 minutes. My last appointment between the two waits were almost an hour. And it wasn't busy. The Palos Heights location is much better.
