I really do not like this hospital and its doctors. It's a really long story, but the takeaway is…read moreit's not good here. They don't give you the best care. The doctors themselves I found were either conceited, proud, and/or careless and negligent. They are also not on top of it. I liked the nurses here way more than the doctors. One nurse in particular Evelyn went the extra mile for us here. But I would not take your family member here if you care about them and their health. I really wish my grandmother was at a better hospital.

This is a very nice big city hospital that can handle just about every problem one might have. We…read morewere scheduled for a minor surgical procedure and were treated very well from start to finish. From the attached enclosed multi-story parking lot, to the registration and wait times for a scheduled procedure, and the nursing staff we encountered ... this was a seamless experience. Our surgical procedure was scheduled, so we did not visit the emergency room or any of the other resources available at Advocate Christ Medical Center ... but as a Level I trauma center with almost 800 beds, Advocate Christ can do it all. This used to be simply Christ Hospital, but it is now part of the Advocate Health system ... an affiliation of 11 hospitals and some 200 satellite facilities. If you need hospital care, Advocate Christ Medical Center is a great alternative. Recommended.

Everything was going good until my doctor left. They have terrible communication problems. I…read morewouldnt even give them one star but I had to click it. My daughter got sick so I said call healthonomics and get an appt with Dr Mcquillan. She calls me back saying doctor Mcquillan dont work there no more and they told her the palos heights office was closed. I had an appointment in about a week coming up. They would of had me coming to a closed office with my doctor gone and never informed me. Endangering my health. I should of ran the other way, but I made an appt with Monica Lopez at the Evergreen Park office. The visit was for a followup for heart tests reviews which never got done because......the doctor walks in and says Im gonna bill you for an annual Physical, and Im like no your not and raised my voice. So she says your not yelling at me, which I wasnt. I left without being seen and they still charged me. Was just contacted by Illinois Attorney General and Im gonna find out if this discrimination happened only to me. Did this happen to anyone else. Feel free to please let us know. File a review or complaint.

This is the primary care physician that was appointed to me and when I was experiencing health issues and complications I made an appointment and Dr. Salvia Carrie prescribed me medication for the complications and discomfort I was experiencing. Well the health conditions continued and after scheduling another appointment to see the physician to inform her that the conditions continued and I recommended that she refer me to a specialist which is why I pay my health insurance and my primary care physician a co-pay to issue a referral. Well she directed my personal health conditions to another medical condition which I was not experiencing but she insisted that is what the issue was. Come to find out the appointment that was on Wednesday and today is Saturday and I have yet to receive my prescription for antibiotics or medicine to relieve my discomfort. After contacting my insurance and questioning why my primary care physician is refusing to issue a referral to see a specialist. Dr Carrie inform the insurance provider that she had made the decision that I do not need to see a specialist. But they sure took my money and never assisted me since. I'm still waiting for a call from the physician and the manager of the facility Kim W. One of the worst primary care physicians' institute across the United States.

Both times I wait 5-10 minutes in the waiting room before someone realizes I'm there or greets me from the back. Asks me why I'm there, uh check your books? Seems like they share staff with the mini clinic next door? Always folks just hanging out/working in the lobby but don't actually work there, not sure. It's just not the feeling you want of unsureness that people know what's going on before some sort of medical or spa treatment. Staff needs trained, need a rhyme/reason to how you bring in guests and get them prepped. 1.5 hours for Botox is kind of extreme. A lot of time me just waiting on the chair while they figured out who I was, why I was there, & get my vials prepped. Check out is just a big of hassle to try & find whoever it is that actually works the desk & figure out my info. Team seems more concerned about social media content than the client who can leave you reviews like this. I'd rather drive further to be in & out somewhere quicker if I'm being honest.

I got the hydrafacial- start to finish was maybe 30 mins, I didn't even think I was done, it was so quick. Their machine and products seem of good quality however.
