My daughter was diagnosed with Impetigo last week and it had spread to her ear during that time and…read morehas caused what can only be described as the worst ear infection I've ever seen on a child - literal sobbing day and night, ear completely red everywhere & hot to the touch. Her primary doctor, for the first time for us, royally screwed up the diagnosis and treatment from the get go... Finally after waiting for the meds to work, and seeing they weren't, we took her to Righttime. The lady who saw her was furious at the treatment plan given to her and prescribed a much more potent antibiotic and an ear drop steroid/antibiotic - her ear canal was basically closed from swelling. The doctor gave her a popsicle (they became besties in this moment!) and sent us with the prescriptions, along with her cell number to follow up because she was so concerned. Flash forward to this evening, Makenzie was showing no signs of improvement so I reached out to her via cell - and she responded instantly, asked us to come back in, she was waiting for us at the front desk and took us straight to the back for re-examination. After further conversations, we left with further instructions and to call if no improvement in another 24 hours. I cannot ever explain how what she did for this very nervous momma feels - to know someone cares that deeply enough to share their personal cell number and be so responsive after we technically aren't in her care anymore is beyond words. I've heard enough horror stories about staph infections to be completely frightened. Thank to you Dr. Andrea for being such an amazing person, and if you ever need an urgent care visit in your future I can't explain better than the story above why going to Righttime is the better choice over the others in this area!

Ok I'm here from Texas visiting family and to make a long story short got injured at a nail salon…read more I came to the clinic and could not have been treated better. Very clean. Staff are very professional and genuinely show care and concern. I was in and out within 45 minutes including checking in. Prescriptions sent electronically. Very impressed with this place. If I need medical care again while here, I will definitely come back here.

After a visit 10/22/23 that went swell (validated my health dilemma - swollen glands, sore throat,…read moreURI - and prescribed antibiotic). Sadly, I believe the Amoxicillan while high in dosage was not prescribed for a long enough time frame at only 5 days. SO... I returned b/c the issue had not resolved and had evolved into a slight lower lung rattle - which I feel but is likely not audible. Despite having LOST MY VOICE COMPLETELY for 15 days, I labored to explain what was going on. Like others at my school -- I tested negative for strep, but need a 2nd round of antibiotics to resolve the issue. In the middle of explaining, in walks some other person. She did not introduce herself but wore a white lab coat. She made me repeat everything that was just said, although I suspect she had been LISTENING in based soley on her timing to enter. THEN, she says MINUTE CLINIC does not TREAT ppl MY age (OVER 50), with a chronic cough b/c of the risk of pneumonia. Instead of just prescribing another ANTIBIOTIC, they believed they needed to rule out pneumonia and rx I go to Urgent Care, then told me where the nearest one was located. On top of that, they went on to say I needed an xray, which others at my school paid to have done and it was negative for pneumonia. So no matter what I do now, it will cost upwards of several hundreds more dollars to get well and take another 2 weeks. AS it is, my last visit cost $53 dollars WITH insurance and all they did was a strep test.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Teacher salary does not afford this kind of cost for health care. Such a COMPLETE WASTE of time. AND to be told in person that chronic coughs will not be treated for ppl my age is absolutely unacceptable. That should be explained somewhere in the 35 pages of information we read just to schedule the appointment. I could have spent my time and money AT URGENT CARE instead. This was not proper care and treatment of my illness the first go round. And I returned to give MC the chance to rectify and I was turned away. I now believed b/c of improper treatment at the onset, I have developed pneumonia. DON'T go here for anything serious or you will pay for treatment and test but not actually recover, and then there is no recourse but more pain and suffering. Shame on this place.

Super bad service I pay for free . They stole my money I pay $120 and they don't give me the money…read moreback they closed for an emergency and when I went back to get my results the lady said you have to pay again. Super bad customer service.
