I was disappointed with my experience…read more I brought my daughter here because a friend recommended this practitioner for treating menstrual cramps. Before our first visit, I specifically asked when would be the best time in her menstrual cycle to receive acupuncture for menstrual pain, but my question was not really answered. During the first visit, the practitioner told us that my daughter had a neck/cervical spine issue and treated her neck instead of her menstrual cramps. Since he seemed to feel that the neck issue was important, I went along with his recommendation. We came back for a second appointment specifically to treat her menstrual cramps. I clearly explained that this was the reason for our visit, but he still chose to treat her neck again without really discussing the options with us. After two treatments, my daughter said that her neck felt a little better immediately after the acupuncture, but the symptoms returned after she got home, with no noticeable lasting improvement. The treatment was also painful for her, and she has become hesitant about acupuncture because of this experience. We drove over an hour for each visit and spent more than $200 because we specifically wanted treatment for her menstrual cramps. Unfortunately, after two visits, her menstrual cramps had not been treated, and the neck treatment did not result in any lasting improvement either. I understand that practitioners may have their own treatment recommendations, and I would have appreciated an explanation if he believed her neck should be treated first. I wish I had been given the choice of what to treat, rather than having that decision made for us. I'm sharing my experience so that other patients and parents know to communicate clearly about their treatment goals and make sure they understand the treatment plan before starting treatment.

I'm newer to the area and haven't found a new primary care physician. It was late Sunday night and…read moreI hadn't been feeling well and barely slept. I decided I needed to do something. I only chose this office for the close proximity to my house. From the moment I arrived I was greeted and taken care of by a friendly receptionist. I didn't wait long before being seen. The nurses and staff were very attentive and did everything they could to help quickly and professionally. The doctor took his time and listened. Overall I was very pleased and have already recommended the urgent care.

Dr. Lynch was the worst provider I have seen in my entire life, which is unfortunate because the…read morefront desk staff and nurses are all great, as well as the PA Michelle I saw several weeks ago. Dr. Lynch came in the room already seeming angry and committed to misunderstanding me. She got ALL the details I had shared with the nurse WRONG, including medications I was on for the issue and what had worked in the past. When I gently and respectfully tried to correct her, she quickly spoke over me and began to lecture me on how this was an "urgent care for urgent issues" (umm ya pretty sure deep cough, lung pain, and nausea is urgent) and that I just needed to wait and call my ENT or go to the ER. Then when I became frustrated and finally (for once) stood up for myself and told her she wasn't listening to me, she went off about how she was "practicing good American medicine blah blah blah"....I have never been so handily dismissed and it was the only time in my life I have actually walked out of a doctor's appt. It was horrible and I cried the whole way home. She also stated in her notes that she offered me a steroid inhaler which she did NOT. Why lie about that?! My experience was very much like the other negative one written here about her. If you're considering going, I would definitely call ahead and ask which Dr or Physician Assistant is seeing patients that day and go somewhere else if it's her. You'll thank me.

GREAT PLACE FOR ANYONE WITHOUT HEALTH INSURANCE:…read more Pros: a) This place is affordable for those without insurance. A Great alternative to an ER. b) Reasonable wait times (compared to an ER under most circumstances). c) Friendly Helpful medical staff. d) They offer an annual discount club-membership. Upon paying $39, all visits are $99. Unbelievably, these visits include x-rays; blood-work; and other lab testing. e) They perform their own testing in house, so not only are the results provided the same day, but one doesn't have to leave to go to another facility. Talk about convenient! f) If an injectable medication is needed (say an antibiotic), they provide it as part of the $99. g) Very Clean. h) No appointment necessary, and they'll tell you over the phone how long the estimated wait time is to see a physician. i) Clean Restrooms. j) They provide a discount Rx card, which depending on the pharmacy, can actually result in a lower out of pocket cost. k) If like me, you have family visiting from out of the country, you're likely familiar with the medical costs associated with any illness or injury. This place will make it a less painful experience financially. Cons: a) This is not a traditional PCP. For those who have always had insurance offering low cost PCP (Primary Care Physician) visits, this place may feel like a foreign country. b) The paperwork can be a bit daunting for a non-native English speaker.

Front desk staff came in 30min late. Very Unorganized and definitely not coming back!read more
