Called them and dispatch had our car out to us in less than 5 minutes. Gurpreet's successor (forgot to ask his name) was equally polite, helpful and professional. The car was an SUV this time, not as luxurious as the Lexus but pretty close and a lot easier to load. Our driver got us home smoothly and unloaded all our baggage without a hitch. Probably wouldn't even bother comparison pricing anymore after our second trip. We had a great experience both rides and they were cheaper than the taxi quotes. Way to go, Air Flight Services. I was very clear about my concerns that the van would not be big enough. I was told not to worry....and I even called back to make sure the van would be compatible. Then, the small passenger van comes, and of course refuses to load the bags. We had to use his services because we were rushed but had to add another private car to accommodate. The guy who runs this is a total scam- he just passes the work to another company to get his cut. He refused to compensate or admit to his mistake. Will not be using this again.
