When I arrived at the branch, I informed the staff of my purpose for visiting, and Corinne promptly recognized me, saying, "I spoke to you, come over here and I can assist you." David, the associate who aided in finalizing the process, was also very pleasant and well-informed. There was a delightful exchange of conversation among the three of us. In today's world, where online transactions are prevalent, one can never predict the experience of visiting a physical location.
