First of all, it was an urgent matter and they showed up on time and ready as promised. Then they went above and beyond the original request when I realized there was more to dispose of than I originally estimated. They also have great equipment. I was impressed with his truck. I strong recommend Brad and GreenWise Disposal.

I called another extraction company, big mistake, that came and spent 45 minutes writing up a big proposal rather than removing water on the T&M rate I was quoted over the phone. I ended up removing the water myself, Lowes carpet cleaner, pulling carpet, pad and putting holes in the wall. All looked good but to be sure I called ServPro and Mike DeDonato came to my home between other local jobs to take a look. Mike did moisture tests and an inspection of all areas and provided instructions to me to complete the project. How often does someone simply do the right thing and help you out, He wasn't pushing for a huge contract but, I work in Commercial real estate so everyone I know is now getting Mike's contact info...
