They have dropped some coverage with certain insurance companies, but luckily ours wasn't one of them. They have also had a lot of dental hygienist turnover the last couple of years, but they seem to have a full staff again currently. That's been tough for us because we had been spoiled with having the same hygienist for years and got to know them, which added extra comfort to an otherwise stressful experience. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist, but seeing a familiar face had helped ease my anxiety. We love the relaxing spa vibes in this office. It feels clean and comfortable, but not overly clinical like some dentist offices. They offer beverages in the waiting room, which also has a couch and fireplace, making for a cozy environment. We also appreciate that they can make a crown while you wait and watch a Netflix movie. It's nice not have to wait a week for a third party to make the crown and leave the dentist office with a temporary. The in-house crowns we're not something we've experienced before, so that's a huge plus! Overall this is an exceptional dentist office. They have a nice relaxing environment and have the capabilities of performing most dental services in-house. We would highly recommend.

On top of that she is funny and so lovely to chat with during the cleaning. I used to have high anxiety going in to the dentist and now I feel so much more calm and safe. Dr Sparrow is a true gift with his calm demeanor and gentle touch. He is so clear with his explanations of the dental treatment and exam. I have had cancer twice and need to have teeth pulled, and this has affected me financially and so I have state insurance at this time. I have worked most of my life. Most dental offices I have called recently are rude, judgmental and unprofessional. They need to remember that even basic calls to a dental office are shared with others. Andersen Dental office shared information I needed today, and consequently I am referring others and my son, who just graduated pharmacy school, to Andersen Dental, as a future dental office to go to for their/his own teeth. :) I spoke with front office staff /insurance there and the two people I communicated with on the phone today were totally awesome and made my day. It is never fun to be ill, and Andersen Dental made me feel welcome even though my insurance is not covered at their office. Nice. But my son's insurance will be, and that of others I know. They said this is what you owe, this is the final number after insurance. They didn't bring up that I could maybe owe more later or that it's an estimate. I was blindsided months later will a big bill from this visit and debt collectors calling and reaching out when I didn't even realize I had to owe money in the first place. Not to mention.. my root canal didn't even take, only a couple of months later I was having issues with that root canal. I am seriously livid and this place should not be open.

Wow. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The waiting room was clean, warm and relaxing. The wait time was acceptable. 15 min. Hygienist was very friendly. Took some x-rays and then started with the cleaning. My hygienist was super thorough with the cleaning. I was told I have great teeth and everything looked good. Yeah, I hate to brag but...I rarely have problems with my teeth. Thanks to my mom and her good teeth genes. I still like to get my teeth cleaned at least once a year. Anyway, dentist was very kind. Examined my teeth and said all was good. My daughter has to go back again however due to a small cavity. Looks like I finally found a dentist that I can rely on.

You can't even find any dust there. Not kidding. I can't tell you that much about the services as I have to get them all done. But boy are they proactive. They do everything they can to remind you of your appointments and even call you. This is so welcomed today as its so much better then an automated call. But they do those as well if you prefer! I have severe memory and cognative issues, and they have no problem taking care of me. They understand and are very cool about it. Love the front desk staff and everyone I have interacted with. I know this sounds like fluff, but its true. I don't have anything bad to say about them. The only thing I would add is a water cooler in the waiting area. That's about it. And i'm reaching here. (There is a black rock, a Tea place, and coffee places as well as a Juice bar and Jamba juice close by! :-) Like I said. I really love going here. And I DO NOT LIKE going to the DENTISTS! I saw Dr. Keller at this location in February 2026 for a cleaning and an upper-left tooth problem…read more I had symptoms of pain with cold fluids so much so it would inhibit me from drinking anything cold. I sat in the chair, X-rays were taken, and the hygienist attempted to clean my teeth. It appeared that Dr. Keller was having a dental emergency with a patient in the room at my five o'clock. After I waited a long time, he came into the room briefly and said that "everything looked fine." He did look in my mouth. Next, the hygienist said they would have me come back. Approximately two months later, the VA Community Care Center sent me back to his office. I sat in the chair for 10 minutes, and that was it. No dentist looked in my mouth. Fast-forward to August 2026: I had the same chronic tooth pain, but now I also had a sinus infection and Eustachian tube dysfunction. I called the VA and was seen there for an emergency visit. The upper-left tooth I had complained about to Dr. Keller now needs a specialist/endodontist. They are not sure they can save my tooth. I am giving this practice one star. When I sat in the chair for the second time, I was told that Dr. Keller was gone from the practice and had retired to Utah. As a doctor, I know they had an obligation to look in my mouth concerning my extreme tooth pain with cold fluids and foods. The new dentist did not look in my mouth, even though, according to Washington State Department of Health rules and regulations, they were required under Washington state law to do so. Next, when I received the TRICARE bill, I could not believe what I saw: Dr. Keller had charged the federal government for a dentist's exam. June 2026 I asked the practice for my billing and medical records. The only medical bill that I had seen from this practice was sent from TRICARE, I was not given my medical records X-rays etc.

That itself should've been a red flag. I assumed the dentist Emily Young had my best interest. I should've know at her lack of communication with me that she didn't. I told her I was aware of my gum disease and I know it's gotten worse. I expressed my concerns and let her know I wanted to get pregnant but was hesitant as I know my gum health affects the whole body. I was asked if I cared what my teeth looked like and I said no. I was then told that if I didn't care about cosmetic look that it should be "fine." As long as I kept up with my cleanings. I have deep pockets but they could clean them there. Unfortunately I was scheduled months out. Not a priority even though it progresses daily... I had gum detachment within two months of being seen here. While I was waiting for my scheduled cleaning. I was then told by another dentist how deep my pockets really are, referred to a specialist and told by specialist I could not get pregnant unless I wanted to put my life and child's at risk. To say I am hurt is an understatement. I've lost time, money and gained more dental trauma. In my opinion I say do not come here.
