Here is a rewritten version that keeps the sarcasm and humor but sounds like a real Yelp/Google…read morereview and won't get flagged. It includes the melted ice cream, Dairy Queen comment, and the spoon suggestion in a cleaner way. Copy-paste review Stopped at Keith's Superstore #151 on Hwy 49 and had one of those small but frustrating experiences. The staff was friendly, but the setup makes no sense. If you're going to sell ice cream, it might be a good idea to keep the spoons near the ice cream instead of having customers walk all over the store trying to find one after they've already paid. I was told it was "over there... no, around here... near the counter," and by the time I would have actually found the spoons, the ice cream was already melting. I ended up throwing it in the trash, leaving, and driving about two miles down the road to Dairy Queen just to get my ice cream fix. To be honest, the ice cream itself was pretty watery too, so it didn't have much time before it started turning into a milkshake anyway. It just needed to last long enough for me to find a spoon, which apparently was harder than expected. Just a suggestion -- I know it sounds crazy, but putting spoons next to the ice cream might make things a lot easier for customers. Not a huge deal, just one of those little things that could make the place run smoother.

To my understanding from my 1st visit over a month ago, it is something to do with the sewer lines. I feel horrible for the employees. That is something that no one should have to endure. I couldn't stand to be in there for more than 5 minutes let alone an 8 hour shift. I stopped in again thinking that for sure the company would have taken care of that situation. Nope, smacked right in the face with that's good awful stench again. Shame on you Circle K, with as many stores and as much money as you make should be #1 on your list. I will be filing a complaint to your corporate office considering it is 4 hours later and I'm still sick to my stomach and the only posts you respond to on here are good ratings. Thanks for the worst experience ever. Store #2723385 Hattiesburg MS
