Weeks would pass without updates, and obtaining information about my case often required repeated emails and phone calls. The firm's failure to stay on top of important obligations created unnecessary stress and undermined my confidence in their representation. As a paying client, I expected professionalism, accountability, and communication. Instead, I experienced neglect and disorganization. Adding insult to injury, I was billed for administrative and clerical tasks that I do not believe should have been charged as legal services. The invoices reflected time spent on matters that appeared to be office administration rather than meaningful legal work. Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking attentive and reliable legal representation.

She's in school in Fort Worth and got the ticket just before school got out for the summer making it impossible for her to handle in-person in court as she was home in CA for the summer. Since she has a CA license, she was ineligible to sign herself up for a TX driver's safety course to avoid points on her license. However, Hawkins & Walker appeared on her behalf and was able to get a deferred disposition which dismisses the case upon paying a fine, completing the driver's safety course (now qualifies thanks to H&W!), and no new tickets for the next couple of months. Without H&W, we would have simply had to pay the fine and take the points and sky high insurance premiums that go with it. Thank you H&W!!!
