HIDDEN FEES NOT ON WEBSITE!! The person who called me to discuss the unit was very unfriendly and got upset when I asked about the hidden fees. I asked if they were on the website, he stated yes but they are NOT! So they require you to insure the unit, they don't have insurance on the units as a business? Also, Billing is not every 15th of the month but every 28 days. This mean you will pay 13 bills per year vs 12 bills by month. Per Billing Cycle; Insurance is $23.96, Taxes $23.84, with One Time starting fee of $28.96 None of this pricing is on the website. They make most of their money on this vs the Monthly rate (on the web site) $5 per week. Total Monthly true cost is $67.30. my experience with Mini Mall storage has been less than acceptable, other than Brandi, she was very nice and personable. My problem with this business, is that the security cameras, watching your valuables are crap. I had a safe stolen, lock cut (not the only one that day) and it's taken over a month from them to review the footage of the perp. this picture is fuzzy at best and only 1 photo. now I mentioned to them that the door on the side didn't only lock , it doesn't even line up to the up with the frame. they were looking for someone to fix it.? the hours on website donot apply as they are open 24 hours, no real supervision on the security at all. the only good thing about this company is Brandi sales background and her empathy regarding my situation. Found out that this storage facility doesn't report break-ins to the police unless a minimum of 10 units are broken into. They also leave the front gate unlocked over night. Is this an acceptable practice? Store at your own VERY HIGH risk! read more

Ever since this company took over the facility, it has been one issue after another. They don't invoice and want to have auto payments through credit cards. Our non-profit organization doesn't have a credit card. We pay a full year in advance and even though they keep saying they will invoice, this is the 2nd year that they do not reach out until they note the payment is late and they tack on a late fee. They continuously try to charge a monthly fee for insurance even after having received proof of our insurance twice in six months. You can't talk to the local office to resolve issues. You have to call the corporate number to hear from someone, somewhere that they can't help you and they will forward you to the local office who never answers. This is a corporation that is out for themselves and only themselves with no customer focused policies what so ever. Big business came into our town and took away our great, excellent service, small business. read more

this company is a horrible place, the company charges late fee every 3 days if not paid in time, I have had my stage unit before mini mall bought the older company Lock and Store, so many problems with the company phone working, you try to pay bill on time and they want answer, or even the main corporation sometimes tells says you can't pay bill over the phone, only at location, never use this place as business if you Like professional service..... a lot of units have had brake ins as well, don't try at your own risk, take my word and don't use this company if you want to keep your items of value read more
