Down right rude, abrasive, condescending, complete jerk. He was so caught up on the fact he talked with me at the end of last year, and had this preconceived notion about the whole situation. A million things have changed since that last phone call. I was in the middle of explaining what my previous (different) doctor was lying about, when he interrupted and had it all figured out. "This is the second time you have called my office and I understand you're in pain and have a lot to figure out, but first you need to do x, y, z, you can't sue someone because you don't like their discretion" That's where I interrupted and said those steps have already been taken, and I did not call him, I sent a request on a third party website to find lawyers for a consultation and HIS office called ME interested about my case, talked with me for about an hour and set up this call. He was down right mean and responded that they weren't subscribed to anything like that. If I knew it was this guy, I would not have talked with him a second time. He wasn't this rude and unprofessional the first call, but still enough to remember I wouldn't want a lawyer like that. Didn't even get to the part where my previous doctor lied about and botched an epidural that I did not consent for and didn't know was going to take place, or any of the other things previous lawyers mentioned were cause for concern. They urged me to look at sites they provided to find someone, where I put in the mass-request. Alerted me about statutes of limitations and wished me luck. One thing he said that really got me "so you got a good dr now and aren't in unmanageable pain anymore, but want to sue a doctor for I don't even know what, but this is not medical malpractice" I called him rude and hung up before I really lost it. If you don't want a client, DON'T CALL THEM!! But don't sit there and trash talk me like you're in middle school. Don't expect to get anywhere with this law firm, it's ran by a manchild.
