My son has had multiple medical issues, including heart problems. After repeated visits to the "specialist" for children, Renee was the only doctor to diagnose him and cure multiple problems including, ear infections, strep throat, staph infections, and other respiratory problems. She is one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure to visit in years. I appreciate her dedication to helping others and her ability to make sure others feel safe around the community ( I was told my son had a "rash" by the children (professionals) when he had a severe staphylococcus infection)

I was never given a tour the overall rules Short on staff all the time Nursing especially causing long wait times and delays getting to class Workers calling off on Labor Day weekend, causing combined classes, canceled activities. Had no leader show up on 9/8 for our 10 AM Inconsistent communication and rules NOT just me, 1/2 the members were saying the same The Yoga instructor (nice as could be) was just certified and made it a joke / didn't know what she was doing. 50% of the employees looked unhappy. I went on a few review sites and between the low rung pay, and other comments I understand why half the worklers seemed piisssed ood /Pushing extra programs at members daily, IOP, outpatient, family, etc In consigent rule/comunicatuion. Ask 1 ? too 3 people and you get 3 differt answwerws, I asked tooo many questions about the management, why was I singled out, etc. I rate them a of 10 overall. 50% of the staff are wonderfulll and former edicts, so they get it. But oferall, its a money grab.

My only disappointment was my intake and departure of property. The woman they assigned for this role makes up her own rules as she goes and doesn't manage your personal inventory for return responsibility. I am missing multiple personal items. But things can be replaced. Sana Lake is a peaceful place overall.
