You will have a server who greets and get your order right away, and then you help yourself with the salad, bread and beverage. They have a couple of different options during lunch and one of them is pretty spicey. Food is served quick and its amazing how they can keep the line and crowd down during peak hours. After you finished your food, you can grab a coffee downstairs after paying your dues. This place is worth a visit and have a different lunch concept than others. Their key to success is the flow which open up new tables quickly, when they transfer customers to a second base for the mandatory slower caffein intake.

If your American without the Pin system for credit card, just tell them and you can sign for it. Once inside you grab a table and get your drink. They do a great job keeping the buffet table filled with fresh pizza and several varieties. I liked the Hawaiian style. This place does get packed at times, which shows how good it is. Ice cream after is a nice touch. This is better than any I have been to in the states.
