My sister and I were looking for somewhere for dinner and this place was not too far from the hotel…read moreso we decided to give it a try. First of all the prices are great, it is hard to find food for much cheaper. The service was fine. The lady who took our order offered us a menu in English but most of the Chinese dish names don't need translating. I decided to order the beef Kung Pao, as that is probably my all time favorite Chinese dish. My sister ordered the same as well as wonton soup. Our food was done quickly, we paid and left. The first thing we noticed was the soup since it was in a clear container, it was loaded with veggies, this was the first clue that this Chinese food would not be the same as what we are used to. When we got back to the hotel I opened my kung pao and was disappointed to see all of the veggies. Kung Pao I normally order has peanuts, green onion, chilis and meat. This had zucchini, bell pepper, carrots, mushroom, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, and the beef. The sauce was a dark brown, I personally prefer the more reddish sauce. Overall the experience wasn't bad, but the food is not what I was expecting or wanting.
