Back story: Our…read moredaughter is a high functioning child diagnosed with autism. Autism doesn't mean your child is weird, isolated, can't learn, slow or any of those stereotypes. It just mean they perceive the world differently. They learn differently. As a parent, we have to accommodate her learning styles. One of the things our daughter can do is extremely hard math problems with long connecting questions all in her head. She doesn't need a pencil and paper to solve a problem. This is truly a gift but unacceptable in school. Most teachers require your child to show their work. When our daughter first started going to Mathnasium in 3rd grade, she scored 1rst grade stats. Mathnasium has been able to formulate a formula for her that has surpassed her academic mathematical abilities. She is now in the 7th grade in Honors Math and other classes. She is currently in 8th grade Algebra, not pre Algebra, honors Algebra. It's incredible how they have been able to shape and mold her in her own likeness! We are super proud of her and can't thank Mrs. Susan and her team enough! The center is geared toward a gym like setting where you can exercise your brain as many days a week they are open. The flexibility of dropping anytime you want is super cool. All sessions are 1 hour. They allow 15 minutes at the end of each session to address help with homework. If your child is struggling academically this is truly a great answer to your problem!

My abilities in having fluent and fun conversations in English were limited and often stalled by not being understood and asked to repeat myself. After just several lessons with Cindi my accent has improved and my confidence in speaking English lifted. Cindi could quickly asses my areas of improvement, and we focused our sessions on overcoming many of my incorrect pronunciation habits and grammar mistakes. She shared many important tips and tricks on how to talk to English native speakers, that went beyond accent reduction and grammar teachings. Classes are tailored to your personal needs. YouTube videos or books won't substitute for the personal feedback you'll get by talking to Cindi, and she won't stop until you get that sound you are working on perfectly. She knows her stuff and is able to explain how to pronounce words in many ways until you finally got it. She is a very dedicated teacher and it shows. I was here because my child was in a competition that was hosted at this location this week. I did…read morenot enter the facility and spent the time in their parking lot. From what I could see it is similar to most facilities like this I have encountered. Parking at this one was better than at the last one but a little tricky to get into if you've never been here before. They have a decent sized ancient football stadium that we passed on the way in and out. I can't speak for the inside of the actual facility but others did speak well of it.
