Called them at three weeks and was told I would hear from them by Thursday of that week, which was two days away. Called them again at four weeks and left a message for Rocky to call. We are at five weeks now and no call back and no plan. They may be great for purchasing plants, but their landscaping division is terrible and non-responsive.
