Our trip is about a week before the summer season officially begins which required extra work on her part to find horseback rides, airplane tours, private Yellowstone tours, fine spas and even the location of local grocery stores convenient to our hotel. Jess worked quickly to create our itinerary and make all the needed reservations. Jess also offered great communication throughout the process which includes a wonderful phone app that provides convenient access to all the details. Jess is energetic, very helpful with a true desire to provide a quality trip. Very pleased.

From the start, he took time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood each option before we made a decision. He stayed patient, responsive, and focused on finding the best flights for her needs. My mom is older, so I felt worried about her traveling alone with multiple connections. Caleb took extra steps to make sure she felt safe and supported. He arranged elderly assistance for all her connecting flights and personally called each airline to set up wheelchair service. Knowing he handled those details gave me peace of mind. He kept me updated, explained the process in clear terms, and treated my family with respect and care. You feel he wants everything to go smoothly for your loved one, not only to complete a booking. That level of attention matters when you are sending a parent on a long international trip. If you are looking for a travel agent who answers every question, follows through, and looks out for your family, I strongly recommend Caleb. I will reach out to him again for future trips and will gladly refer friends and relatives.
