After 2 weeks of cryptic email tag and being all out ignored, I took my business somewhere else. If the business was not wanted or time did not permit taking on a new client, the professional thing would have been to say as much so people can move on. If this is the way a new paying client is treated, then, in my mind, in brings into question the quality and professional of the work product.
