And she asked for a refill on tea. My colleague was very satisfied with her food. Me on the other hand. . . my soup was cold and had no meat, never got the lemon and the tea refill was sweet tea and she just about fell out of the chair. The soup came with a side of rice and tortillas. The rice was really good and I ate that and the tortillas while I waited for our server to appear so I could have the soup sent back. She never came and I finally walked to the counter and she said, "I know, I know, your lemon." I said no, my soup is cold and had no meat. She apologized, came to the table and took the soup back. When she brought it back you could see the steam from the bowl but the soup was still could and still had no meat. She apologized and said she would not charge me for the soup. And, she did not. It was so busy and I felt bad for the staff that were trying so hard. If I had cash I would have left her a tip for being nice. . .
