What a fabulous bridal shop! This has to be the best bridal shop that I visited in Northamptonshire…read more(and believe me I visited lots)! This is a family run business which only opened about 5 years ago, but you would believe it had been open much longer due to the brilliant knowledge and customer services shown from the staff. The minute I walked into the shop I was made incredibly welcome and I was not followed around, I felt comfortable to browse the hundreds of amazing gowns at my leisure and when I did need help the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The store is elegant, modern, clean and beautifully laid out. It also stocks a huge range of gowns, accessories bridesmaid dresses, grooms outfits etc etc.

Worst customer service!!…read more My friend ordered a dress made to measure from this boutique. She ordered the dress 7weeks in advance and was told it will be ready in time. When we went to the shop the man who owns the shop showed us the dress which was the same dress she saw on the mannequin 7weeks ago. The dress had marks and few beading missing. The dress which she wanted hadn't arrived and the owner lied saying the dress in front of us was the new one she ordered. The owner lied so much he had no idea after a while what he was saying. The owner is the rudest person I have come across screaming at the customers. Customers needs did not come first. Owner didn't want to listen to the customer and lied over and over again!! Do NOT shop from this boutique. You won't get what you pay for. BEWARE!!

I have been to other bridal shops and the welcome, service and varying styles exceeds the others by miles. I made an appointment which suited me and went along with my mum and nan. After browsing the dresses, I made my selection (quite a few!!!) then tried them on whilst my mum and nan were seated with coffee and biscuits waiting for me to show them. I was able to get the full effect by trying on shoes, veils and tiara's. It took me 3 visits (Lindsey, the owner was soooo helpful and didn't mind in the slightest) to make my final choice - (the most amazing ~Sophia Tolli dress I have ever seen). The whole experience, in my opionion was as it should be - special! I am also getting my bridesmaids dresses from here, chair covers and matching sashes from KMG also - and its the best price I could find and I have researched ALOT. The shop itself is quite small but they have a great selection of wedding and bridesmaid dresses packed into a small space. They have a great selection of modern and traditional styles of dresses and there seems to be something for all tastes. I booked a day and time to go and try my dress on which was better as you get one to one service with the friendly and helpful staff. The changing room is quite small but then you have the full shop to yourself to see your dress from all angles in the mirrors. The price was excellent too, and they have lots of little things like tiaras and shoes on sale so you are bound to pick up a good bargain if you get the whole outfit from there. Really recommended to any bride to be.
